¡Una visita obligada en Hanói! El personal es muy amable y servicial. Cuando llegamos al spa, nos dieron pantuflas y té de bienvenida. Luego nos pidieron que eligiéramos el aceite que nos gustaría usar en nuestro masaje. Después de eso, nos llevaron al ascensor y, cuando llegamos a nuestro piso, los masajistas nos saludaron y nos mostraron nuestra habitación. Es una habitación enorme, limpia y acogedora. ¡El masaje fue genial y uno de los mejores que he tenido! Definitivamente nos recargó de todas las agotadoras caminatas y tours de los últimos días. This was my second stay in Hanoi. I booked a 75-minute Vietnamese massage here, as it had good reviews. First, I was served tea, and then I wrote down my requests on a paper, indicating areas I wanted massaged thoroughly, areas to avoid, and the desired pressure. Afterwards, I chose from four types of oil scents. The woman who attended to me was named "MAI," and she was excellent; her strong massage was perfect for me, as I prefer firm pressure. I spent a blissful time, dozing off multiple times during the session. I've been to other spas in Hanoi before and had many massages in other countries, but this was the best I've ever experienced. The reception staff were all kind and pleasant, and I appreciated the tea and cookies served after the treatment. The interior of the shop is also very clean and beautiful. After the treatment, I wanted to book again for the next day, which I will write about in my next review. In any case, I highly recommend it.

接待員很有禮貌，技師按得非常舒服，力度適中，非常放鬆，環境乾淨衛生。到步後接待員馬上為我們提供茶和小毛巾抹手，並為我們細心講解。接完後亦會提供小餅乾和茶補充水份。整個體驗十分好，一定會再來。

ベトナム式マッサージを受けるのは初めてで緊張しましたが、セラピストの人の施術、笑顔サービスがよく安心してリラックスして過ごせました。当日店に行くと人気で当日の人は断られていたので、klookで事前に時間と日にちを予約しておいてよかったです。当日に予約を取ろうと思ったらとれなかったので、はやめに予約をすることをおすすめします。好きなアロマを選べれてレモングラスにしました。レモングラスの香りに包まれて旅の最後に大変疲れが取れて最高のひと時を過ごせました。マッサージの強さを三段階の中から選べて真ん中にしましたが、けっこう強めに感じたので、苦手な方は弱めを選択したほうがいいかもしれません。

4년째 단골 샵이에요. 하노이 도착하자 마자 첫 스케줄은 항상 라플로라 입니다 ㅎㅎ 언제나 친절하고 웃는 모습으로 반겨주시구요 바가지 요금이나 팁 강요도 없습니다. 무엇보다도 마사지 만족도가 매우 높음!!! 샵도 깨끗하게 잘 관리 되어있고 네일이랑 페디큐어도 잘해요 손발이 못생겨서 사진은 못 올리지만ㅋㅋ 이번에 캣아이로 했는데 한국에서 6-7만원 퀄리티를 1.5만원에 할 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요!!! 내년에 또 만나요 라플로라💜

The environment is comfortable, the massage strength is very good and relaxing, and the price is also very affordable. They didn't actively ask for tips, making it a very good spa.

This is one of the best spas I've found on Klook. Every time I go to Hanoi, I get a massage here. Both the therapists and the reception staff are wonderful. The location is also excellent, right next to St. Joseph's Cathedral, and for a spa of this caliber, I think it's quite reasonably priced. Excellent value for money.

位於教堂旁邊位置絕佳，前台親切有禮服務熱忱，當天是週五下午客滿，詢問後安排晚上八點空檔，技師手法熟稔，有達到放鬆紓壓的效果。

The shop is located next to Hanoi Old Church, a very prime location that is easy to find. However, the space is limited and a bit cramped. If considering the price, the cost-performance ratio is really good.

La Flora is really nice spa but I guess my massage therapist was already tired as we have booked the 8:30pm slot. I requested moderate but the pressure was on the soft side. On the brighter side, the pressure and flow was consistent and it was still a relaxing experience.
