It's right next to St. Joseph's Cathedral in Hanoi, so it was easy to find and I got there without getting lost! It's a very clean spa, and all the staff were incredibly kind, so even though I don't speak much English, I felt completely at ease during my treatment. The therapist's skill was 100 out of 100! It was so relaxing that I fell asleep and woke up startled by my own loud snoring (lol). At the end, I even received an eye pillow as a souvenir! It's truly a wonderful spa and an oasis in Hanoi! I highly recommend visiting!!!

I received a 75-minute Vietnamese massage here the day before through Klook. I've written the details in my review from that time. The therapist who attended to me then, "MAI"さん, was excellent, so I immediately booked an appointment for the next day after the session. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that booking through Klook was about 1000 yen cheaper than booking directly with the salon. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, they kindly said it was fine to book through Klook. Furthermore, they arranged for me to specifically request MAI-san. I immediately booked through Klook on the spot. I am truly grateful to the staff. And to MAI-san, who provided such wonderful treatments for two days, thank you very much. Your treatment was the best. If I ever go to Hanoi again, I will definitely request you. Also, a word to those from countries where tipping is not customary: when you receive good service, I hope you will happily give a tip as a token of your gratitude.

This is one of the best spas I've found on Klook. Every time I go to Hanoi, I get a massage here. Both the therapists and the reception staff are wonderful. The location is also excellent, right next to St. Joseph's Cathedral, and for a spa of this caliber, I think it's quite reasonably priced. Excellent value for money.

It was good that I could answer a questionnaire beforehand about areas I didn't want massaged. At other places, my hair would get messy if my head was massaged, so when I wrote that I didn't need a head massage, they didn't do one. It was a private room, but an employee came in partway through, and I could hear other customers' voices at one point. The massage itself was good.

Afterwards, I chose from four types of oil scents. The woman who attended to me was named "MAI," and she was excellent; her strong massage was perfect for me, as I prefer firm pressure. I spent a blissful time, dozing off multiple times during the session. I've been to other spas in Hanoi before and had many massages in other countries, but this was the best I've ever experienced. The reception staff were all kind and pleasant, and I appreciated the tea and cookies served after the treatment. The interior of the shop is also very clean and beautiful. After the treatment, I wanted to book again for the next day, which I will write about in my next review. In any case, I highly recommend it.
