Also appreciate the therapists who are very professional and make an effort in communicating with us to ensure that the massage is to our liking.

This was a very relaxing foot treatment. The front desk host spoke perfect English. Everything was explained clearly and included foot massage and arm/hand massage.

We arrived on time. The staff was very welcoming, offering tea and biscuits. We had to fill out a form before our spa treatment. Overall, the service was very good! I felt relaxed after the spa.

The store environment is very quiet and peaceful. The explanation before the service was very detailed, and they also understood the customer's needs beforehand. The masseuse was very attentive throughout the entire process and would also confirm if any adjustments were needed. Highly recommended to everyone.

There are three branches nearby in total. The staff will lead us to another branch for the massage. The overall service was good, the massage technique was excellent, and the environment was clean and comfortable. The price was not expensive, so it's worth trying.

It was very comfortable, though the massage was a bit painful. The next day, my lower back and upper back were sore, but I could still sleep soundly. It was a form of relaxation! Highly recommended.

This spa was one of the higher end options in the old quarter of Hanoi with an extremely affordable price point. Booking on Klook let’s you save a bit compared to walking in or booking on the website. I did a 60 minute foot massage and they take you to a secluded room where you get to lie down with a warm eye mask for the duration of the massage. Even though it was only a foot massage, they also massage the neck and arms as well. If I have time I will definitely try their head spa as well!
