Everyone went above and beyond, from the moment you enter the door until you leave. The customer service was outstanding. 2. Clean Room and Good Massage - The massage itself was amazing. There are hand signs to help them understand tourists better. 3. State-of-the-Art Amenities - The design and interior of the place were truly amazing. It was distinct, unique, and had its own style. It felt luxurious. We were warmly greeted with a warm cup of tea, the best I’ve tasted without sugar. There were also no-calorie snacks. Candy assisted us throughout, and she was just an amazing, warm, and gentle soul. After our one-hour Vietnamese massage, there was a young lady playing an instrument. The moment was so beautiful that I couldn't help but shed tears. This really sealed the deal for me. We were in search of a good massage, but what we got was something greater - exceptional treatment and a moment of relaxation and solitude. I had a wonderful experience at L’esence spa, I was able to get a massage right away and was treated to an amazing massage by a very experienced therapist. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing space, like you are in another world! After the massage, we were escorted down the street to a nearby restaurant where we were given our free meal. The food at the restaurant was outstanding and the staff was highly attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this experience.
