Experiência Orient Spa & Nails em Hanói

I should've chosen the other package 😅 or better yet, called the massage shop directly because the Klook massages are limited 😬 Also, the therapist I got wasn't very good. I got bruises from too much pressure even though I asked for a soft massage only 😩 and the massages weren't relaxing at all, it felt like she was in a hurry 😬 But I still gave a tip. I will still go back here though 💗

It was good. They let us take a shower first before the massage. The room temperature was a bit warm but still OK. The massage took 60 minutes and after that they serve us some tea and snack. The overall is OKAY. Price on klook is cheaper than at the store. You can book the time slot via WhatsApp.

Visited Orient Spa Hanoi, 18 Bad Khanh Shop. Excellent location within the old city. Giang the receptionist was very pleasant and Nguyet the therapist's service is truly professional. Thanks to Klook, it was a good deal and yes, I tried the Orient Signature Package 👍 Will come back again. 😀

The massage experience this time was very satisfying. The shop environment was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The masseuse was professional and attentive, able to adjust the pressure according to my needs. During the process, not only did it effectively relieve my long-term shoulder and neck pain, but it also allowed my body and mind to achieve deep relaxation. The service staff were friendly and always attentive to my comfort, making the overall experience even more thoughtful. The entire experience was pleasant, and I would recommend it to friends who need stress relief and relaxation. I also look forward to visiting again. Please note that there are two branches, and although they are not far apart, make sure you go to the correct one.

I booked the 90-minute aroma massage and it was great. After months since my last massage, I enjoyed all the cracking and turning. The tea and cookies were delicious as well.

Este lugar é imperdível se você estiver em Hanói! A equipe é incrivelmente atenciosa e educada, especialmente a Sra. Thuy cycy, que me deu muitas sugestões sobre o que eu deveria fazer em relação às minhas unhas. Eles me serviram chá e biscoitos (e perguntaram se eu queria mais). O espaço é super limpo, bem localizado e relaxante. A massagem de 90 minutos foi a melhor que já tive. A terapeuta era muito habilidosa, educada, amigável e todos os adjetivos positivos que não consigo pensar agora. Eu recomendo muito! Eu também fiz minhas primeiras unhas de gel e adorei! 💕 A manicure foi muito cuidadosa porque eu disse a ela que minha pele é muito sensível e minhas cutículas normalmente sangram muito, ela foi uma fofa! Ela fez um excelente trabalho! Eu também fiz uma pedicure básica porque eu não fazia uma há bastante tempo e o resultado também foi ótimo. 10 de 10 para a manicure… eu não consegui o nome dela, no entanto. Se você está em dúvida sobre onde fazer uma massagem em Hanói, vá ao Orient e você ficará satisfeito com tudo o que eles oferecem! Saudações do Brasil!

I booked the 90-minute ORI Signature Massage 4-in-1 course on Klook before going to Vietnam. The shop is easy to find by entering the address and shop name into Google Maps. It's near Hoan Kiem Lake. I arrived a little early, but they kindly let me wait inside the shop until my appointment time. While I was waiting, many customers came in, so I think it's better to make a reservation rather than just walking in. As for the massage, it was very thorough and carefully done, and they even extended the time beyond 90 minutes, which was very relaxing. Even though I have a large build, they were able to perform positions like the 'shrimp bend' from Thai massage without any difficulty. I definitely want to come back again when I visit Hanoi.

Wow!! One of the best massages we’ve had in awhile!! We bought the 2hr package 4 in 1 for 2 people through Klook after reading through reviews from various places and glad that we chose Orient Spa. We were greeted with cold towels and drinks. Switched to sandals and escorted upstairs for our massages. The place is nice and clean. The hot stone massages were a plus and we enjoyed it alot. The only negative was the noise from next door construction work which is not their fault. Experience was excellent and well worth the money. Would definitely come back next time if in town. Highly recommended. A must try.

The place doesn't look very big when you arrive, until you go to your private room for the massage. Very big and comfortable with relaxing sounds/music. The service was very good from start to finish. I picked the hot stone massage; I'd never had it before, really cool.
