June 17th was my last itinerary before returning to my country. I arranged for a morning slot, and as soon as I entered, I felt a clear contrast to the noisy old town. The facilities and environment inside were all beautiful. The receptionist was very gentle and welcoming. Knowing I was a foreigner, she tried her best to use English and spoke slowly to help me understand the process. Upon entering, iced tea was immediately served, along with a personal massage survey to understand the customer's desired pressure and preferred scents. My massage therapist was also very patient, and I really liked her technique. The hair washing environment was also very comfortable, and throughout the process, she gently asked about my feelings and considered my comfort. I felt very relaxed and comfortable during the entire experience, making this trip to Vietnam a perfect ending. Finally, they even gave me a small gift 💗. I am very grateful to them. If I have the chance to visit Hanoi again, I will definitely come back here! 💗💗

I've been to Thailand twice and usually get massages in Hong Kong, but the spa experience in Vietnam gave me the most comfortable massage of my life. 🥹💕 This spa is located within a hotel, with luxurious and beautiful decor, and the environment is extremely neat and clean. As I'm a bit of a clean freak, its environment and service met all my hygiene requirements. On the first day, I chose a hot stone massage and hair wash. The massage therapist, Ms. Nguyet, was truly excellent. Her pressure was just right, not too painful, and effectively relaxed my muscles. It felt like it cleared my lymph and meridians. Throughout the process, I could feel her meticulous and dedicated work, and the results were outstanding. The hair wash was a typical Vietnamese style. The equipment used for the hair wash looked high-end and clean. Ms. Nguyet really washed my hair thoroughly and gave me a comfortable scalp massage. It was so relaxing during the wash that it made me want to fall asleep. Afterwards, my hair was soft and fragrant. Immediately after finishing, I booked another massage for the next day. On my second visit, I overheard other guests also saying they would come again tomorrow. I sincerely recommend everyone to experience their hair wash and massage.💞

I had a wonderful 3 hours here, from the moment I walked in, to leaving. Kind and welcoming staff and my therapist Ms Huong, was a skilled masseuse. I enjoyed a hot stones salt massage, a full body scrub and a facial. It was beautifully customized for what I wanted. And I left feeling brand new. I would highly recommend this place . This is a spa located inside a hotel. The staff reminded me of my appointment for the next day via WhatsApp. I was very satisfied with how diligently the masseuse washed my feet and hair. However, my hair wasn't completely dried, but luckily, the hairdryer and comb were right there. After drying my hair myself, I happily went out to shop.

The spa is located inside a very luxurious hotel. The environment was clean and the staff are fluent in English and friendly. You get to choose the type of oil for the massage. I tried 2 different massage parlours in the area with similar price points and think La Spa is hands down the better option. However, the room is only accessible via stairs, so those with disabilities might have trouble accessing it.

オイルマッサージ90分のコースとシャンプー30分のコースにしました。写真に出ていた以上にラグジュアリー感がありとても癒される空間でした。スタッフの方のサービスや施術もとても丁寧でした。乗り継ぎ時間で利用しましたがまたハノイに来ることがあれば是非こちらを利用したいです。

Both the receptionist and the therapist were very polite and helpful. The hot stone treatment was very relaxing. Although there was an issue where my Klook reservation showed as "used" before my actual appointment date, the shop promptly sent an email directly to me. The problem was resolved, and I was able to enjoy a wonderful time before returning home.

lovely luxurious spa. environment as expected for a boutique hotel spa. body massage is good. the therapist’s hands were rough - being positive, I told myself I was getting an exfoliation. I don’t like any of the oil options. other than the setting, better value to go to a clean modern massage shop in the town.
