I booked this session on a whim and I’m so glad I did. The receptionist was really accommodating and friendly. She listed all the things I needed and informed my therapist. The therapist was also very good! I slept like a baby during the session. lol

The place is clean, relaxing, and private (unlike some places with thin curtains). I'm so impressed with every service here. The reception guy is so friendly and polite. He'll ask about what we're looking for in a massage (which part we want to focus on, how light/strong we need). The masseuse is sweet and skillful. I feel relaxed and comfortable here. If I come to Hanoi again, I'll definitely come here! (They also give you a tasty drink and snack while waiting ❤️)

The experience was fantastic! They accommodated 3 of us at the last minute. The foot massage was very relaxing and the therapist was very understanding and careful as one of us had a past fracture. The spa is very clean and well maintained.

Initially, there was some confusion regarding reserving a slot via Klook, as it seemed Klook's reservation system and Sol's reservation system were different. However, Sol contacted me in advance to confirm my date and time slot. They were also very responsive in helping me clear up my confusion. The spa has two entrances, one smaller and one larger. Service was superb from start to finish. Susan was very welcoming and very detailed in asking me for my preferences. I was served tea and cakes twice, which was great. The masseuse (I didn't get her name) was great! She was very mindful of the preferences I had given. The massage was thorough and not careless. I would 20/10 recommend. Klook prices are also cheaper than the walk-in price.

The receptionist is super polite and speaks excellent English, the environment is pleasant, and the masseur is polite and highly skilled. Strongly recommended.
