My partner and I came here and had the hair wash and massage experience. We left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. Han and Vy were very professional and sweet. We will definitely 100% come back if we come back to Hanoi. HIGHLY recommend! do yourselves a favour and just do it.

I purchased two different services at the place: the hair wash and the manicure. I got the same therapist for both treatments, and I don’t think the therapist was skilled enough for both of my treatments. I did not feel relaxed and enjoyed either treatment. For the manicure, she painted nail polish all over my fingers. I had to ask her to clean it after I paid, and I later realized that a couple of my fingers felt very scratchy. I had to file them myself. Overall, I won’t recommend this place.

I bought the package hairwash with neck and shoulder massage but the duration was too short. The technique was simple. However, staff was nice even they have language barrier.
