Clean and hygienic, good service, very good value for money. You can enjoy hot springs, sauna, and jjimjilbang all at once. It's not too crowded if you go after 8 PM. However, the location is a bit hard to find, and it's a bit far to get here from the Old City by Grab.

The staff consistently maintained cleanliness, and the quality of the amenities used inside was excellent; they didn't leave my skin dry after use. The two hot pools, with different textures, were kept at around 40 degrees Celsius. The cold pool was sufficiently icy, showing 15 degrees, but it felt extremely cold, and the hot-cold alternation was very effective. The steam room used natural plants for steaming, and the aroma upon entering was very pleasant. The sauna was spacious. I also purchased a massage, and after the massage, I could return to continue using the facilities. If you have time in Hanoi, you can come here to relax for a whole day; food and drinks are conveniently available for an additional fee. The only minor drawback was that one young female staff member in the pool area couldn't speak English and had a poor attitude. Other staff members could communicate in English and had very good attitudes. I recommend visiting on a weekday when there are fewer people and the quality is better. I immediately purchased three more sessions on the spot, and there was also a first-time trial price available.

This was my first time booking through Klook, but I've used this facility over 5 times already. There are few super sento-like facilities in Hanoi, so I'm highly satisfied. There are many Vietnamese people, and unlike in Japan, it's not quiet, and bathing manners are getting worse. Amenities: 1 set of loungewear/bathing wear, 2 hand towels, 1 bath towel.

環境：整體上乾淨，但公共空間的冷氣，我覺得不是很涼。 服務：人員都會引導，也都有人在溫泉區看顧、維護 氛圍：溫泉區蠻日式的，公共區也挺韓式的 設施：該有的都有 按摩師：我沒體驗，因為外面的店家比較便宜。餐食的選項比較有限，價格也不是很便宜。但冰沙蠻好喝的。

nice facilities and helpful staffs

I had booked a 70-minute foot therapy session and was looking forward to what kind of treatment I would receive after enjoying the hot spring and bedrock bath. It wasn't just a foot massage; other parts of my body were also massaged. As Vietnam is a country close to Thailand, it felt like an authentic Thai massage, and the strong, comprehensive kneading that covered the entire leg, not just the soles of the feet, was very effective. Although it was hot in Hanoi, taking a hot spring and bedrock bath significantly improved my blood circulation, and my entire body felt revitalized and energized. I've had strong, sole-focused Taiwanese massages in the past, but Thai massage feels like it's doing that intensive massage across the entire foot. I truly felt that AMARE is a valuable facility I'd want to visit first on any international trip.
