We travel to different parts of the world every year, and Joseph Mao is the first tour guide we’ve had who prepared PowerPoint slides for the itinerary. It was such a thoughtful touch and made it really easy to follow the trip. He was friendly, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and always willing to help take photos. He also shared great local tips about pineapple cakes and Sun Moon Lake cakes. Very patient and professional throughout the day. We really enjoyed having Joseph as our guide!

The tour guide is very friendly, and he is also our driver. Our trip was a small group of 8 people. We enjoyed and liked the scenery. Mr. Wilson's service is great; he texted us information about the trip. He is punctual at all times.

It was a fun experience to be in nature. We initially planned to DIY this tour but good thing we availed this. Both locations were actually far from each other. Like 2 hours travel time. The transfer was comfortable and we’re given enough time to explore the attraction. Unfortunately, there was no sunset during our trip.

Our tour guide and driver was very passionate. The language barrier did not stop him from being a good guide. Sample number 1: on time during pickup. Sample number 2: during lunchtime, when he was eating at an eatery, when he saw us he asked us if we wanted to eat and helped us order. And lastly, taking the effort to use his mobile to translate and communicate with us. Thank you very much.

The day tour was wonderful. Our guide was incredibly kind and accompanied us throughout, and their driving was very comfortable. When it started raining towards the end of the trip, they lent us an umbrella and even gave us one when we parted ways. Even though they weren't a Korean guide, it wasn't inconvenient at all. Thanks to the guide's thoughtful and warm consideration, it was a great trip.

The meeting point was convenient, and Driver Lai arrived on time. Each of the four attractions had its own unique charm. The driver adjusted the停留時間 (stay time) at each spot based on his experience and also provided relevant information. The National Taichung Theater has an elegant design, full of graceful lines. On the ground floor, there are several exquisite gift shops, where I found a pair of uniquely designed earrings. Rainbow Village is full of colors and has a nostalgic feel, contrasting with the new buildings behind it. We arrived at Luce Memorial Chapel just as it opened, so we were able to go inside and visit. Gaomei Wetlands was the most anticipated stop; we were lucky to have great weather, and even with some clouds, we saw a complete sunset. It was super windy, and stepping into the water was so refreshing. I took over a hundred photos – it's a place worth visiting in a lifetime. Fengjia Night Market has so much delicious food at affordable prices; we ate until we were full, and the street-side seating had a great atmosphere. It was a fantastic half-day tour. Starting at noon was perfect, allowing for an extra two hours of sleep before exploring the night market.

We had a great time with Sophie as our tour guide. She spoke very well and explained each destination making the trip more interesting. Definitely recommend taking this trip if going to Taiwan for the first time.
