We travel to different parts of the world every year, and Joseph Mao is the first tour guide we’ve had who prepared PowerPoint slides for the itinerary. It was such a thoughtful touch and made it really easy to follow the trip. He was friendly, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and always willing to help take photos. He also shared great local tips about pineapple cakes and Sun Moon Lake cakes. Very patient and professional throughout the day. We really enjoyed having Joseph as our guide!

La guida turistica è molto cordiale, è anche il nostro autista. Il nostro viaggio è per un piccolo gruppo di 8 persone. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il paesaggio. I servizi del signor Wilson sono ottimi, ci ha inviato via messaggio le informazioni sul viaggio. È sempre puntuale.

È stata un'esperienza divertente stare a contatto con la natura. Inizialmente avevamo pensato di organizzare il tour da soli, ma per fortuna abbiamo usufruito di questo servizio. Le due località erano piuttosto distanti tra loro, circa 2 ore di viaggio. Il trasferimento è stato confortevole e ci è stato dato tempo sufficiente per esplorare l'attrazione. Purtroppo, durante il nostro viaggio non c'è stato il tramonto.

La nostra guida turistica e autista è stata molto appassionata. La barriera linguistica non gli ha impedito di essere un'ottima guida. Esempio numero 1: puntuale al momento del prelievo. Esempio numero 2: durante l'ora di pranzo, mentre mangiava in un locale, quando ci ha visti ci ha chiesto se volevamo mangiare e ci ha aiutato a ordinare. E infine, si è impegnato a usare il cellulare per tradurre e comunicare con noi. Grazie mille.

The day tour was wonderful. Our guide was incredibly kind and accompanied us throughout, and their driving was very comfortable. When it started raining towards the end of the trip, they lent us an umbrella and even gave us one when we parted ways. Even though they weren't a Korean guide, it wasn't inconvenient at all. Thanks to the guide's thoughtful and warm consideration, it was a great trip.

The meeting point was convenient, and our driver, Mr. Lai, arrived on time. Each of the four attractions had its own unique charm. The driver adjusted the time spent at each stop based on his experience and also provided relevant information. The National Taichung Theater has an elegant design with beautiful lines, and the ground floor features several exquisite gift shops where I found a pair of uniquely designed earrings. Rainbow Village was full of color and had a nostalgic feel, contrasting with the new buildings behind it. We arrived at Luce Memorial Chapel just as it opened, allowing us to go inside and look around. Gaomei Wetlands was the most anticipated stop; we were lucky to have great weather, and even with some clouds, we saw a complete sunset. It was incredibly windy, and wading in the water was wonderfully refreshing. I took over a hundred photos—it's definitely a place worth visiting in a lifetime. Feng Chia Night Market had so much delicious food at affordable prices; we ate until we were full, and the street-side seating had a great atmosphere. It was a fantastic half-day tour, starting at noon, which was perfect as it allowed us to sleep in for an extra two hours before exploring the night market.

We had a great time with Sophie as our tour guide. She spoke very well and explained each destination making the trip more interesting. Definitely recommend taking this trip if going to Taiwan for the first time.

C'è stato un problema con l'aria condizionata del furgone quando siamo stati prelevati dalla stazione. Fortunatamente, la guida ci ha lasciati a Miyahara per cambiare auto. L'autista/guida (il signor Wang) è stato molto cordiale e parlava un inglese fluente! Ci siamo uniti a turisti giapponesi a metà del tour e la guida parlava anche giapponese! Il tramonto della zona umida di Gaomei è stato magnifico! Abbiamo apprezzato molto questo tour.
