We travel to different parts of the world every year, and Joseph Mao is the first tour guide we’ve had who prepared PowerPoint slides for the itinerary. It was such a thoughtful touch and made it really easy to follow the trip. He was friendly, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and always willing to help take photos. He also shared great local tips about pineapple cakes and Sun Moon Lake cakes. Very patient and professional throughout the day. We really enjoyed having Joseph as our guide!

Matkaopas on erittäin ystävällinen, ja hän on myös kuljettajamme. Matkamme on pieni, kahdeksan hengen ryhmä. Nautimme maisemista ja pidimme niistä. Herra Wilsonin palvelu on erinomaista, hän lähetti meille tietoa matkasta tekstiviestillä. Hän on aina täsmällinen.

Oli hauska kokemus olla luonnossa. Suunnittelimme alun perin tekevämme tämän retken itse, mutta onneksi käytimme tätä palvelua. Molemmat kohteet olivat itse asiassa kaukana toisistaan. Noin 2 tunnin matkan päässä. Kuljetus oli mukava ja meille annettiin riittävästi aikaa tutustua nähtävyyteen. Valitettavasti matkamme aikana ei ollut auringonlaskua.

Kiertueoppaamme ja kuljettajamme oli erittäin intohimoinen. Kielimuuri ei estänyt häntä olemasta hyvä opas. Esimerkki 1: ajoissa noudon yhteydessä. Esimerkki 2: lounasaikaan, kun hän söi ravintolassa, hän näki meidät ja kysyi, halusimmeko syödä, ja auttoi meitä tilaamaan. Ja lopuksi hän näki vaivaa käyttääkseen puhelinta kääntämiseen ja kommunikointiin kanssamme. Kiitos paljon.

The day tour was wonderful. Our guide was incredibly kind and accompanied us throughout, and their driving was very comfortable. When it started raining towards the end of the trip, they lent us an umbrella and even gave us one when we parted ways. Even though they weren't a Korean guide, it wasn't inconvenient at all. Thanks to the guide's thoughtful and warm consideration, it was a great trip.

The meeting point was convenient, and our driver, Mr. Lai, arrived on time. Each of the four attractions had its own unique charm. The driver adjusted the time spent at each stop based on his experience and also provided relevant information. The National Taichung Theater has an elegant design with beautiful lines, and the ground floor features several exquisite gift shops where I found a pair of uniquely designed earrings. Rainbow Village was full of color and had a nostalgic feel, contrasting with the new buildings behind it. We arrived at Luce Memorial Chapel just as it opened, allowing us to go inside and look around. Gaomei Wetlands was the most anticipated stop; we were lucky to have great weather, and even with some clouds, we saw a complete sunset. It was incredibly windy, and wading in the water was wonderfully refreshing. I took over a hundred photos—it's definitely a place worth visiting in a lifetime. Feng Chia Night Market had so much delicious food at affordable prices; we ate until we were full, and the street-side seating had a great atmosphere. It was a fantastic half-day tour, starting at noon, which was perfect as it allowed us to sleep in for an extra two hours before exploring the night market.

We had a great time with Sophie as our tour guide. She spoke very well and explained each destination making the trip more interesting. Definitely recommend taking this trip if going to Taiwan for the first time.

Pakettiauton ilmastoinnissa oli ongelma, kun meidät noudettiin asemalta. Opas vei meidät onneksi Miyaharaan vaihtamaan autoa. Kuljettaja/opas (herra Wang) oli erittäin ystävällinen ja puhui sujuvaa englantia! Meihin liittyi japanilaisia turisteja keskellä retkeä, ja opas puhui myös japania! Gaomein kosteikon auringonlasku oli upea! Nautimme tästä retkestä erittäin paljon.
