He drove safely and steadily, making us feel very comfortable. There were four of us in the group, and we all got along very well. Xiao Liu not only helped us take photos but also recommended good and affordable places to eat. Everything was thoughtfully arranged.Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying trip, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing tour of Sun Moon Lake and Gaomei Wetlands.

This day trip, starting with hotel pickup from Taichung city, went very smoothly. Our guide, Dunken, was incredibly friendly and experienced, providing clear and humorous explanations throughout, which gave us a deeper understanding of Sun Moon Lake's history and culture. Beyond his professionalism, the guide was also very thoughtful, proactively helping and guiding everyone with their photos. Whether it was the scenic beauty of Sun Moon Lake or the stunning sunset at Gaomei Wetlands, he helped us capture many beautiful shots, leaving us with wonderful memories. The entire itinerary was well-paced and relaxed, with excellent time management, allowing everyone to leisurely enjoy each attraction. What was most touching was that after the tour, the guide specially helped me get to the Taichung HSR station first, making my return journey very convenient and bringing the trip to a perfect close! Overall, this trip was extremely satisfying in terms of attraction selection, time management, and service quality. I highly recommend it to friends who want to enjoy Sun Moon Lake and Gaomei at a relaxed pace! I will definitely join their tours again next time I visit Taichung!

The scenery at each attraction was beautiful, and the timing was well-arranged. Thank you to our driver, Xiao Ren, for the safe driving throughout the journey, explaining the itinerary, and helping us take photos. Coupled with the excellent weather, this trip was truly unforgettable!

I highly recommend this tour. I booked it two days before my intended date because I realized it would be difficult to travel independently to Sun Moon Lake, and I also wanted to visit Gaomei Wetlands but had a short stay in Taichung. Everything went extremely smoothly, and the drive was comfortable (a group of 8 plus the driver). Our driver, Dennis, was friendly, professional, and even went out of his way to take great photos of us. We were largely left to ourselves and were able to explore Sun Moon Lake and Gaomei Wetlands in peace and soak in the scenery. Ferry tickets are also included, which is not common in other tour packages here on Klook. It's rare for a tour to combine both Sun Moon Lake and Gaomei Wetlands in one, which is a definite plus. The itinerary is well-paced and not rushed at all. 10/10, I will recommend booking this! I had an unforgettable experience 🫶🏼

A highly recommended excursion that was just right for us. Although at the beginning we had a slight feeling that time would be short, everything worked out perfectly at every stop. However, one should know that this is not a guided tour, but rather that you have a certain amount of time at each stop to walk around before continuing. In the morning, we had enough time at the lake to use the cable car, stroll comfortably along the shore, and have a coffee. Our driver Wilson safely chauffeured us throughout the day and gave a brief introduction and clear instructions on departure time and location at each stop. Overall, great!

It was a small group of four (including my husband and me); the tour was done by a car. It was big enough, but felt rather intimate. Luckily, everyone including the driver was polite, friendly, and punctual, so it was nice hanging out with them all day. The boat rides (included two disembarkations) were joined with Mandarin groups, but they made sure we knew when to come back. After the cruise, our driver asked us if we wanted to do cycling, which we all ended up doing. The driver took us to the rental shop, and made sure we knew what we were doing, then we were on our own for 3 hours. We spent this free time cycling on the bike path, lunching, and shopping. Then we drove for Gaimei Wetland. We were very lucky as the clouds cleared up just in time for the sunset. Then we were dropped off at our hotel, it was very convenient. Maybe it’s better not to include everyone’s name, number, hotel name in the tour communications; we were fine, but the risk is there. Something to be considered.

It was a nice trip to Sun Moon Lake and Gaomei Wetlands. The driver/tour guide was patient and ready to provide support when needed.
