Among high-end hotels, Fleur de Chine is considered to have a very high cost-performance ratio. The room design is very new and practical, and everything is clean and cozy. The service staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Although the meals appear to be wonderful and varied, and you can dine until 12 PM even after checking out at 11 AM, they are not particularly delicious. This is the only minor regret, perhaps just because we are too picky.

The hotel facilities are new, and the family room bathroom with double sinks is a thoughtful touch. The mini-bar items are abundant (including Sun Moon Lake black tea and Kuai Kuai snacks with black tea latte flavor) and are provided free of charge. We hope this continues!

Although it's an older hotel, the facilities and service are excellent, and there's free parking. Soaking in the hot spring in a lake-view room is truly a great pleasure. It's a shame we visited during the dry season; it was so dry that nine frogs even appeared. The hotel's breakfast is very diverse, with freshly cooked noodles and tea eggs, which is very satisfying and I really enjoyed it. Additionally, bicycles are available for free rental, which is a great deal.

Our three-day, two-night Sun Moon Lake trip began at the Taichung HSR transfer station, where we purchased a value package that included everything from bus tickets, boat tickets, and cable car rides to the round-the-lake bus and train tickets to Checheng. The scenery was breathtaking, and the hotel service was excellent. It was a wonderful start to the new year.

Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Will definitely be back!

The room did not have a view of Sun Moon Lake. The breakfast was good, but all the facilities were located at the adjacent Moon Lake building. Parking was insufficient, so we were directed to park in the basement of the Lealea Wyndham Hot Springs Hotel, which belongs to the same group. There's unlimited coffee on the first floor, and you can request ice from the front desk, which they will deliver to your room in a bucket. Upon checkout, if you check in on social media, you receive a mini-sized "jia zhi dai" (a unique Taiwanese bag).

The hotel environment is great, and the pool is fantastic. Although the weather was a bit cool and the water was cold, we still had a lot of fun. If you're sensitive to the cold, there's a warm spa pool. The panoramic restaurant in the evening is also good; you can go up for dinner and enjoy the night view.

The service attitude was excellent. My family member had a gout attack and had difficulty walking, so the staff personally accompanied them to their room. They were also concerned that my family wouldn't know how to use the water dispenser, so they brought two large bottles of water for them. The location is also very convenient. 100 points!
