I really like this Hotel and was highly satisfied with my stay

Huge in room onsen. Massive breakfast buffet. Comfortable rooms. The walk from town is short but the street has no sidewalks.

This resort was really nice. The room was clean, bathroom was stunning, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were excellent. We did have to walk a small ways to town - it didn't have a view of the lake or anything like that - but the benefits of having free parking, the pool, and the basement game room were worth the further location for my kids entertainment. We all had a really nice time!

Amenities can be updated especially the gym as the equipment is not very stable. The private onsen is nice and so is the hot stone sauna

Rooms were clean and nice but a bit dated especially the carpets.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms, a private onsen, and great amenities. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options. We stayed in a family suite in the second building and were surprised to find that the only separation between the bedroom and bathroom was a curtain—so let’s just say, privacy took a little vacation too 😄

Stay was great! Food selection at the buffet for dinner and breakfast was good, rooms were clean and staff was friendly and quick to resolve our check in mixup.

After address the allergy concern to senior management, which is nuts related and might cause serious reactions. Message still not being pass to kitchen, their staff still serve food which will cause severe allergy. Human hair is founded in their spaghetti served. Also we book two room, heating was working properly in one room, but the other has no heating working at all, and sink does not have hot water too. Bed was not clean, towel is broken.

A good mix of different options, always a pleasure to have breakfast there.
