The Christmas Eve party was impressive, with singing, dancing, interactive games, and crafts, filled with laughter and blessings. Santa Claus delivered gifts to guest rooms in the evening. The hotel decorations were also elaborate, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere everywhere.

The hotel facilities are new, and the family room bathroom with double sinks is a thoughtful touch. The mini-bar items are abundant (including Sun Moon Lake black tea and Kuai Kuai snacks with black tea latte flavor) and are provided free of charge. We hope this continues!

Although it's an older hotel, the facilities and service are excellent, and there's free parking. Soaking in the hot spring in a lake-view room is truly a great pleasure. It's a shame we visited during the dry season; it was so dry that nine frogs even appeared. The hotel's breakfast is very diverse, with freshly cooked noodles and tea eggs, which is very satisfying and I really enjoyed it. Additionally, bicycles are available for free rental, which is a great deal.

About a 10-minute drive from Shuishe Pier, with a large free parking lot. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a children's ball pit and cassia seed sand pit on B1. However, the soundproofing is not very good. If the next-door guests are noisy, it may be difficult to fall asleep. Overall, it's good.

A two-night, three-day trip to Sun Moon Lake. I bought a great value package at the Taichung High Speed Rail Transfer Station, which included everything from bus tickets, boat tickets, gondola tickets, the around-the-lake bus, to train tickets to Checheng. The scenery was extremely beautiful, the hotel service was excellent, a great trip to start the year.

Overall a decent place to stay in Sun Moon Lake. The location is superb with fantastic lake views (for those rooms with lake view), near to restaurants in Ita Thao and access to the pier and cycle track (and also the Cable Car station). Rooms are lovely inside but we found our room had bad carpet stains though daily cleaning was thorough. Breakfast was plentiful with great views but mainly catering for Taiwanese / Asian taste.

Loved our stay at The M Village! Clean and spacious rooms, relaxing ambiance, and very friendly staff. The location has a nature with a twist vibe and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended! Will definitely return!

Located near the Ita Thao Pier, it's convenient for dining. After booking, the hotel immediately contacted us via Line and provided free parking reservations, including the parking space number. The welcome refreshments were also thoughtful. The room had heating, making it a very nice accommodation experience.
