Apple was an AMAZIING guide! Friendly, attentive, and made the whole day smooth and enjoyable! Their Sun Moon Lake tour itself was a great mix of activities. The biking around the lake was a highlight for me, with beautiful views and a very relaxing, easy route. The ropeway was definitely a standout experience as well, since the views from above were absolutely stunning and unforgettable. We also enjoyed a scenic boat ride that added a nice perspective of the lake. Lunch was a treat with plenty of delicious local food to try. Overall, it was a well organized and memorable experience. Highly recommended!! 🫶

Sun Moon Lake is simply heavenly. It's definitely a must-visit place when touring Taiwan. Mr. Tsai, our guide, took us on the tour in his car, which was very clean and comfortable, and he got us all the tickets to various rides, so we didn't have to waste time. I went on this trip with my mother, and both of us had an amazing experience.

Excellent tour. Great value for money. Included transfers in aircon 8 seater vehicle, English speaking tour guide (Lee), bike rental, lake ferry crossing, gondola cable car ride, Chinese restaurant lunch and stop off at Wenwu Temple. Lee was a great guide and looked after us extremely well. Lunch was very good. This trip was great value and so convenient. I had looked at using public transport or hiring a car to do this trip from Taichung to Sun Moon Lake and I'm so glad we didn't. It was a full day but we packed loads in and had time for a walk around the town too for a little shopping. Wenwu Temple was the best Temple we saw in Taiwan and is a must-do in my opinion.

Apple (the tour guide) is the best tour guide! He knows English, Japanese, and Taiwanese, so he can cater to a lot of different people. He can take good photos and even made a video for me and the others! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 He is a friendly and really funny guide xD He guided us on the journey up to Sun Moon Lake. Everything was smooth and the scenery was beautiful~ To the other 5 Japanese who rode with me in the car, it was nice traveling with you guys! Hopefully, you arrived home safe ^_^ Apple Tour Guide is definitely a recommended tour guide and a must-book when you go to Taichung or Taiwan!

The tour was perfect. The travel vehicle was comfortable, fit for long travel. The tour guide, Mr. Lee was accommodating and made sure that everyone was included and would enjoy. Everything was well-coordinated. The activities were adventure-packed and exciting. There was enough and ample time given for each activity. The view was wonderful and the traditional foods for lunch were varied, savory, fresh, and delicious. The explanations of Sun Moon Lake and Wenwu Temple were introduced and interesting. I highly recommend this tour! It is for families, friends, kids, and solo travelers. 👌

This was my first trip abroad, let alone my first time in Taiwan, so I thought I wouldn't enjoy planning it alone. At the last minute, I found this site and requested a guide from them for a full day of fun. At first, I thought it might be a bit expensive, but then I realized all costs were included, and considering that, the content and price were satisfactory. Our guide, Mr. Lin, was speaking with me and another group in English, and I realized he was trilingual. While not a perfect Japanese speaker, he was perfectly understandable. Our itinerary for the day was Wenwu Temple -> Cable Car -> Lunch -> Lake Cruise -> Lake tour by assisted bicycle -> Return to Taipei Station, finishing a little earlier than the scheduled 5:00 PM. I was able to do most of what I wanted to do at Sun Moon Lake and enjoyed it immensely. I was originally going to travel alone, but I'm glad I experienced this tour.

It was certainly worthwhile. Sun Moon Lake is exquisitely beautiful, with exceptionally clear water. The itinerary was perfectly paced, allowing ample time for personal relaxation. Some in our group chose to cycle, but we opted for the Hanbi Trail, which proved very relaxing. I highly recommend a visit to Sun Moon Lake when you are in Taichung. Furthermore, our tour guide, Ms. Adela, was both pleasant and informative, providing helpful recommendations throughout the trip.

Overall, it was a fun trip! Good thing we had good weather and everything went smoothly 😌 We rode all kinds of transportation, from cable car to ferry and bicycle 🚲 Enjoyed cycling around Sun Moon Lake, it's so pretty. The tour time overall wasn't very long, but we did a lot of things. Lastly, because everything was included, it was very efficient! The guide was also very kind and insightful 👍

Took a day tour to Riyutian with a small group, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The intimate group size made the tour feel personal and well-paced, allowing us to truly soak in the sights. The itinerary was well-planned, covering must-see attractions. The transportation was clean and comfortable.

Very well-organized tour with Apple, a charming and witty guide. The pickup went smoothly, and the journey to the lake was problem-free. The order of activities differed from the booked itinerary, but it was exactly "right." Temple, rope walk, lunch (delicious, vegetarian request was perfectly fulfilled), boat tour, and finally the bike tour, which was very relaxed. There are additional costs for e-bikes on site, but it was worth it for us. A very big thank you to Apple and the great group with whom we could spend the day.
