Easy meet up place, the itinerary was followed on time. Our instructor, Noah was able to teach us a short span of time making us enjoyed our ski time and take great photos, too! Must book when you visit Sapporo

Tour Guide Andy was very friendly and cheerful. He was attentive to all the participants and managed the timing well. Snowland was fun even for us middle-aged adults. We had a great time, thank you for the great hospitality! I would like to compliment that Andy could speak 3 languages fluently and made sure everyone could understand and not feel left out. Thank you! :)

The service was excellent. Everything was included except for the helmet and glove rental fees. The instructor also taught according to each person's progress. Since fewer people learn snowboarding, I was happy to receive one-on-one instruction.

The coaches are incredibly patient; they can even teach members who are completely uncoordinated. I truly admire them. They try various methods to help you understand and find the best way for you to learn faster.

It was a lot of fun! There are activities for adventure lovers, especially snowmobiling. A stroll along the Otaru Canal is romantic, as is the chocolate factory.

Los entrenadores fueron geniales. Los equipos también son buenos. Era la primera vez que hacía snowboard y me guiaron, y pude hacer varias bajadas por la montaña.

instructor: instructor de snowboard: KEN fue genial. Muy informativo y tuvo la amabilidad de grabar en video y acompañarme por la pista. Toman videos y fotos, solo pregúntales.

It was a very organized trip, our guide/driver is very kind and helpful, He is knowledgeable in every places that we visit. He looks after us in every place. I enjoyed this trip, I will definitely book here again if I have the chance,

We like all the places especially visit Otaru! it was fun and enjoy seafood there ( Kiku Sushi) 🍣, The tour guide Frank is very helpful and he alway make sure that everyone is on time which make the tour smoother when traveling a lot of people.
