Our guide Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of local stories, which was much better than reading articles about Hokkaido's history and culture. I wish we could have had 30 more minutes in Otaru to take a slow stroll and soak in the beautiful town.

Take the Tenguyama Ropeway to the top of Mount Tengu for a panoramic view of Otaru city and the beautiful sea. You can redeem your actual ticket at the counter using a QR code. I highly recommend this Klook Hokkaido day tour! The itinerary was excellent, taking us through Otaru, Cape Kamui, and finally to Tenguyama Observatory to enjoy the sunset and night view. The scenery was so beautiful it was hard to leave; every spot was worthwhile. Cape Kamui's sea view with its gradient blue waters was especially stunning, and watching the sunset from Tenguyama, then enjoying the city lights as they came on, was definitely the highlight of the entire trip! The timing from day to dusk to night view was perfectly arranged, never feeling rushed or like time was wasted. What made this trip even better was our driver and guide, Mr. Wei (David). His service was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. He was patient throughout the journey, introduced us to the sights, making the whole trip relaxing and reassuring. His driving was also very smooth. This small group tour is truly convenient for first-time visitors to Hokkaido who want to explore several attractions in one go. I was very satisfied with the entire day's itinerary, scenery, timing, and the service of our driver and guide. It was a very pleasant and memorable day tour! I will recommend it to my friends and family in the future.
