Our teacher Arya is very skilled, professional and generally awesome! She was very patient with us and she really taught us how to ski and was very hands on. She helped us get up when we fell down and I was surprised how strong she was. She took great pics of us as well and we very much enjoyed our skiing day! Thank you so much to all the staff!

Highly recommended tour if visiting Sapporo. My family and I had a wonderful time, we tried skiing and snow sledding, it was super fun. The view at the mountain cafe was the highlight. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The bus was very convenient and on time.

The entire experience and process were smooth, hassle-free, and wonderful. Once you paid for the booking, the wonderful, friendly, and helpful team will reach out to you based on your preferred communication channels. They are a great team of friendly, helpful, and professional individuals. Esther and Lilian answered our questions promptly and provided us with all the necessary information beforehand. A special shout-out to Yun, our instructor for the session. She is very friendly and energetic; she constantly checked on us, asked for our feedback, and provided informative input while conducting the lesson. She is a friendly, easy-going, patient, experienced, and professional instructor. We had a great time with her and a wonderful experience with Yun, Esther, and Lilian. I highly recommend their service to anyone interested in learning Ski/Snowboarding from beginner to expert level. Definitely value for money! Great job to them!

Coach Yuzu's teaching is diligent and meticulous, with clear and easy-to-understand explanations. She can flexibly adjust course content according to the student's level. She is extremely patient, and the teaching atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, allowing people to quickly build confidence and master skills. She is a very professional and trustworthy excellent coach.

This time, I rented ski wear and a snowboard, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very attentive, carefully checking sizes and equipment details. The best part was being able to communicate in Chinese, which made the rental process easy and quick, without worrying about misunderstanding terms. The equipment was also in great condition, highly recommended!
