Upon arrival, first fill out the equipment rental form to confirm your sizes, then show your Klook order to the counter to receive your equipment and gondola pass (a 500 yen deposit is required).

I tried skiing for the first time. The instructor was very kind and taught me how to fall and get back up on my own, because I fell often... The instructor was patient and taught me slowly. The location is good and easy to get to. There's a direct bus from Sapporo Station, so there's no need to drive.

She is friendly, easy-going, patient, experienced and professional instructor. We had a great time with her and wonderful experience with Yun, Esther and Lilian. I highly recommend their service to anyone interested in learning Ski/Snowboarding from beginner to expert level. Definitely value for money! Great job to them!

We took a half-day snowboarding lesson at Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort, and our instructor, Shishi, was truly excellent. She was attentive and patient, clearly pointing out issues we had been trying to improve but couldn't quite grasp. The entire lesson had a comfortable pace, and her guidance was precise, allowing us to make significant progress and snowboard with much more confidence. We highly recommend Shishi!

whoever would like to experience riding a snowboard it’s very recommended to join this trip!! the coach JJ is very professional and patience when teaching, he took care of us very well during the whole lesson. he also helping us to take photographs and videos. Definitely would look for him again for the next lesson in hokkaido!
