The driver Mr. Sawakami and Catherine, who speaks four languages, are very serious and responsible. Catherine will tell us a lot about Hokkaido, as well as what to eat and where to eat. I look forward to meeting them again when I come to Hokkaido in winter.

This is our second time buying this package. It is very good value and excellent. It is convenient to travel and also includes access to the onsen at a great price. If we go again, we will definitely buy this package again.

Collect your tickets on the first floor of the Odori Park TV Tower. The staff can speak Chinese. The Jozankei bus timetable will be attached. You can find a convenient location to get on the bus (I got on the bus at Susukino Station and got off at Susukino on the return trip). There will be Jozankei patterns next to the buses, so you don’t have to worry about getting on the wrong bus. , the driver will look at the ticket (make sure you don’t miss the month and date). The distance is about an hour. Choose where you want to get off, and then you can take your time in Jozankei. Highly recommended for travelers who want to take a bath.

The local bus accepted the physical ticket but it was too long with many stops. I recommend to try getting on the Kappa Liner even if you have forgotten to book in advance. The driver on the way back was nice that he let us ride on the way back to Sapporo. As for the outdoor hot spring, the scenery was very picturesque that made me want to go back in winter so that will elevate the whole onsen experience. There was a curry restaurant where we have had our lunch, the spiciness level is non existent. I thought that since this was not Japanese curry, then the chicken marsala we ordered would be very spicy but it was not.

Buy it and use it immediately. You can redeem the bus ticket and hot spring ticket under the TV tower. The staff clearly explains how to use it. There are several reserved buses throughout the day. If there is still a seat without a reservation, you can use it. They also explain the special features of the 5 hot springs. , allowing you to choose what you like. Easy to use.

Two days before departure, I went to the information center under the Sapporo TV Tower to exchange the paper pass. The staff could speak Chinese and explain how to use the bus pass and hot spring pass. For bus tickets, you use coins to scratch off the year, month and day you want to go to. I showed it to the driver when I got on and off the bus. The hot spring roll is a choice of three, and can be used at Yunohana, Manseikaku, or Toyohirakyo hot springs in Jozankei. The bus stop is at bus stops 26 and 27 on the right side of Tokyu Department Store, or you can come from Exit 23 of Shin-Sapporo Station. Walking down from Exit 23, there is a bus information board, toilets and chairs where you can rest. I got off at the Daiichi HOTEL parking lot stop in Jozankei, walked a few steps, had lunch (egg rice bowl) at Coke (with restrooms), and there are two paths from Futami Park (with restrooms) across the Futami Suspension Bridge , one of the viewing platforms is currently closed. Take another road to the parking lot behind Yunohana. Go out and take Route 230. The sidewalk on the left is very wide. Then walk towards Toyoheikyo Hot Spring. You will pass a small driver's rest stop (with a toilet) on the way. After soaking in the hot springs at Toyohei Gorge (bring your own towel or rent it locally, the open-air view is great), there is a bus stop diagonally opposite the entrance. I took the bus at 16:53 (the last bus was 19:53) and returned in front of the Sapporo TV Tower. Get off at Odori Park, 18:12 pm, it’s still dark, 2024.06.17.
