She is a very professional and trustworthy excellent coach.

Highly recommended tour if visiting Sapporo. My family and I had a wonderful time, we tried skiing and snow sledding, it was super fun. The view at the mountain cafe was the highlight. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The bus was very convenient and on time.

I tried skiing for the first time. The instructor was very kind and taught me how to fall and get back up on my own, because I fell often... The instructor was patient and taught me slowly. The place is nice and easy to get to, with a direct bus from Sapporo Station. No need to drive.

We highly recommend this tour! From meet-up to the ski resort, transportation was smooth (back and forth). The equipment we needed was already ready upon arrival. Our guide was really, really good; she truly tried her best to teach us first-timers in snowboarding. She also knew when someone was struggling and doubled her effort to teach and help that person. The morning session was more focused on basic snowboarding training, and the afternoon was for the advanced level where we went to the summit and then came down! We were able to happily play in the snow! Thank you very much!
