Very satisfied! Although the weather wasn't great, we visited every attraction. I'm very grateful to our tour guide, Rou Rou, who was incredibly attentive at every step. We were well taken care of throughout the trip, which was very reassuring. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience it.

Rourou was a great tour guide with clear instructions in both English and Chinese. The itinerary was well planned and had enough time to explore each place. Highly recommended for anyone looking to go on a day trip to both Cape Kamui and Otaru!

Our tour guide, Sister Rourou, is beautiful and kind-hearted. The itinerary was perfectly arranged, balanced between activity and rest, and she was very responsible, making for an excellent experience! On the bus, she introduced us to the background and features of the attractions, showed us the local Ezo deer we encountered and the tulips blooming along the road, pointed out the beautiful snow-capped mountains to our friends from tropical regions, reminded us to enjoy the Japan Sea scenery along the way, and woke us up in advance when we were approaching attractions – truly thoughtful! The one-day trip allowed us to experience the essence of Otaru and its surrounding attractions. We saw the spectacular cliffs against the Japan Sea at Cape Kamui; learned about the birth of Japanese whisky at the Yoichi Distillery; visited Temiya Park and Tenguyama, filming locations for "Love Letter" and "First Love"; admired the late cherry blossoms at Temiya Park, with the cherry trees complementing the distant sea view; and at sunset, overlooked the Otaru city view from the summit of Tenguyama. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't ideal today, with heavy fog. Walking through the Tenguyama Shrine amidst the misty conditions offered a unique charm. I wish Sister Rourou success in her career and studies, and abundant wealth ✌️.

洪國峰导游和Kevin导游都是很热情和善的人，他们友善的气氛感染了旅行团的大家，让这趟行程非常轻松愉快。Kevin还背着他的大相机给所有游客免费拍照，很赞。感叹阿峰导游的语言能力，英语日语中文闽南话都很溜，好像还会一些韩语。感觉两位都很年轻，很有活力！整个行程安排时间非常合理，因为我们就在找神威岬能游览久一点的团。神威岬大部分团都只有一小时，我觉得完全不够，这个110分钟就挺好的。强烈推荐大家想来小樽和神威岬就来这个团。如果有其中体验项目不想体验也可以跟导游打声招呼，在规定时间内自由活动就好。我们其实很少跟团，主要是为了神威岬报的团，再一次强烈推荐！

Amazing Day Trip to Cape Kamui and Otaru We had an absolutely wonderful day exploring Hokkaido with the tour guide, Rourou! The tour was not just limited to Otaru — we also visited the breathtaking Cape Kamui and had a really enjoyable experience at a fruit-picking farm where you can all the fruits in the farm. Rourou was an excellent tour guide — friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the entire day. She explained the history and interesting facts about each place, made sure we were comfortable, and was always happy to help us take photos. She made the long day feel relaxed and enjoyable, and it felt more like exploring Hokkaido with a friend than simply being on a tour. The scenery at Cape Kamui was spectacular, Otaru was a relaxing town, and the fruit-picking experience was a lot of fun. Having Rourou as our guide made the whole experience even more memorable. Kap Kamui war in mehrfacher Hinsicht atemberaubend und ein Vergnügen zu besuchen. Für mich der Höhepunkt der Tour. Ansonsten ist es nicht einfach, hierher zu kommen. Die Zeit in Otaru war etwas kurz und für einige Geschäfte zu spät.

The tour course was absolutely wonderful! I was overwhelmed by the scenery. Although there were some minor language communication difficulties, our guide's wit helped us overcome them. When an urgent situation arose where we had to leave midway, the guide's quick thinking resolved it perfectly! I commend our amazing and brilliant guide~^^

When I booked, the weather forecast was cloudy, but on the day of the trip, it turned out to be sunny! The scenery at Cape Kamui is highly dependent on the weather, and it's so much more beautiful on a sunny day than on a cloudy one! However, we still encountered an unexpected situation: the highway was closed! 😭 Fortunately, today's tour guide, RouRou, made a quick decision! She swapped the order of visiting Cape Kamui and Otaru, and we successfully completed the entire itinerary! It was a blessing in disguise! 💪 (I heard another group was stuck on the highway for the whole morning 😂)

The duration provided at each attraction was appropriate and our guide was always helpful in giving us clear instructions and offering to take photos. A good way to visit Cape Kamui from Sapporo!
