Partida de Sapporo: Excursão de ônibus de um dia ao Lago Toya e Canal de Otaru

Today is my second to last day in Hokkaido. I joined Klook's Lake Toya and Otaru day tour. Our guide, Shishi, made my experience even more special with her professionalism. Shishi tried her best to remember everyone's faces and explained everything diligently at each stop, providing detailed explanations in both Chinese and English. She quickly integrated with the guests and even gave us tips for exploring Hokkaido during the drives between locations, so we didn't have to do any research ourselves – just follow Shishi! This day's experience will definitely make me book another Klook day tour, and I hope to join Shishi's group again. Shishi was also very thoughtful and responsible, strictly following company regulations. Even when we wanted to leave the group in Otaru to return to Sapporo on our own, Shishi warmly reminded us of the JR train schedules and times for returning to Sapporo. She only allowed us to leave the group in Otaru after ensuring it was in accordance with company policy. Today's experience truly felt privileged, and I look forward to booking another Klook day tour next time.

This tour was a great way to see some of Hokkaido’s most iconic spots in just one day. The itinerary was well-planned and stress-free, especially for travelers who want to maximize their time without worrying about transportation. Noboribetsu Hell Valley was stunning with its dramatic volcanic scenery and steaming vents — definitely a highlight. Lake Toya was peaceful and offered beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, perfect for photos and a short walk. Otaru was charming, with its historic canal, quaint shops, and food options that gave us time to explore and enjoy the atmosphere. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and clear in explaining each destination, and the transportation was comfortable throughout the trip. While time at each stop was limited, it was enough to enjoy the main attractions and get a good feel of each place. Overall, this tour is highly recommended for first-time visitors to Hokkaido or anyone looking for a convenient, well-organized day trip.

It was an easy and leisurely trip; there's no rush because you'll be given an hour to roam around, and it's a whole lot of travel time. Jay is such a chill, knowledgeable guide, and the driver was really good at driving.

A bit hard to find the meeting place. Very nice experiencing snow in Otaru. Not enough time to go to bear ranch. Guide allot 1 hour for lunch and bear ranch, so we didn't bother going in. Not enough time to explore.

The trip was so enjoyable, and the tour guide explained everything wonderfully. Although there wasn't much snow today, the scenery was truly beautiful, and the bus was very comfortable. So, I'll definitely join again next time! 😆

Very enjoyable, the tour guide Sisi was excellent, explaining the background of the places we visited. Highly recommended and very helpful. It was a bit difficult to find food during the tour, so it's better to prepare meals for the whole day. I went with children, a baby, and seniors, and this type of tour was quite helpful.

The tour guide and driver were polite and punctual, visiting all the main attractions and providing commentary in Mandarin. However, the sightseeing time was tighter than expected, and we returned to Sapporo around 5 PM.

一日で複数の場所を巡りたい方には良い選択肢です。ツアーガイドは英語、中国語、広東語、そしてもちろん日本語と、いくつかの言語を話せます。彼はとてもフレンドリーです。札幌市周辺の地元レストランのおすすめもしてくれます。ありがとうございました。

素晴らしいツアーでしたが、雪が激しく降っていました。北海道とパウダースノーが大好きなので、次回はあまり雪が降らないことを願っています。
