Tamsui Old Street águas termais

We purchased the 1.5-hour hot spring experience from Klook, which required us to call the hotel to reserve a time slot. We made the reservation the day before, and the earliest available slot was at 6:30 PM. When we arrived, we were 20 minutes early. The reception staff registered us and asked us to wait for the room to be prepared. At around 6:19 PM, the reception brought us to our room and explained how to use the amenities and provided instructions for the hot spring experience. They kindly gave us an extra 11 minutes, allowing us to stay until 8:00 PM. Although the room did not have any windows, the experience was still enjoyable and affordable, making it a great option to try out the hot springs in Beitou without breaking the bank.

兩年後再次造訪。據我所知，一切都和以前一樣，只是浴池看起來老了兩歲，冷水池也不再那麼冷了。以前大約是10度（如果我沒記錯的話），但現在（估計）是20-25度（溫度計已經被移除了）。如果你喜歡獨處，我在平日晚上6點過後是唯一的顧客。以這個價格來說，這裡很值得你來北投體驗第一次溫泉，但我下次再來的時候可能會嘗試新的溫泉。不錯的體驗！

I had a lovely time at the hotel/spa, soaking in the hot spring water. The attendant forgot we had a high tea ticket as well, but rectified it immediately after we politely brought it to their attention. The time was just enough. I loved the face mask and freebies. It's a short walk from the train station.

I arrived around 4 PM on August 24th. After reaching Xinbeitou MRT Station, I wasn't sure how to get to the hotel, so I called the front desk. I made three or four calls to confirm, and the two front desk ladies were truly excellent. Despite their young age, they answered patiently and spoke gently. Upon arrival, they provided even more detailed explanations. It truly made me feel that your hotel staff are of a very high caliber! The hotel lobby and private hot spring rooms were also maintained to be clean and comfortable! From the initial phone inquiry to on-site check-in, usage, and departure, I felt joyful and that the trip was well worth it! I sincerely recommend it! I also hope everyone will take good care of the facilities so that this excellent hot spring hotel can operate sustainably! (The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the private hot spring room were super good!) Thank you to the front desk ladies that day! I hope your excellent attitude is recognized by your company, that you are rewarded, and more importantly, that it can serve as a basis for training others.

Klook-tilbudet var fantastisk, verdt det, og bestillingen var så enkel. Stedet var ikke for overfylt en torsdag morgen (kl. 11-12). Personalet var veldig hjelpsomt selv om vi ikke snakket mandarin. De ga håndklær og dusjhetter til håret. Gikk til de offentlige badene. Alle har det samme, så alle var ok nakne. Det er 3 kar. Kaldt (nær døren), varmt (med boblebadstråle) og varmt. Det er en badstue og et dampbad (mørkt og vanskelig å se noe). Alt er rent. Svovelvannet er melkeaktig. Jeg hadde vondt i en forstuet leggmuskel. Vannet hjalp til med å lindre smerten, og jeg tror restitusjonen min ble fremskyndet takket være spaet. Salongen for å slappe av etter badene er hyggelig. Det er også en blodtrykksmåler for å sjekke deg selv! Restauranten i 2. etasje serverer god mat. Sjømatgrøten for to kan servere tre og er god verdi i tillegg til å være velsmakende. Skulle gjerne komme tilbake.

The hot springs are different from before; the bathing pools are no longer just ordinary massage bathtubs. The water pressure is strong enough, and the hot water is hot enough. The only minor drawback is that the faucet, showerhead, and hot spring outlet are located at the seat inside the bathtub, so you can't shower and soak at the same time.
