Beautiful place! Our guide was very patient and guided us well!

Loved our tour, but it would have been better if the guide had told us to prepare for the altitude. I got lightheaded and dizzy upon reaching the highest peak. It's best to warn us about that. But booking via Klook made it smooth! The view was super worth it!!!

It was hard to tell which bus was ours; a slightly larger logo would have made it easier. The guide explained things very diligently, but I wondered how I would get down if I felt unwell at the top of the mountain. I wish they had explained more clearly what "English assistant only" meant, so I could have been better prepared mentally. By the way, the assistant's role was to give us tickets and explanations, but not to go up with us. We were told to go up and come back on our own, and that they would provide a phone number. Despite these anxieties, the weather was good, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

The location is great and the room is clean and comfortable with a little peek at the Matterhorn. The only issue is that the pillow is paper thin; I would have had a much better sleep with a better pillow.

A very nice hotel. Room has a view of the Matterhorn. We enjoyed our stay there tremendously. A bit far from the train station, but the hotel does have shuttle rides for check-in and check-out.

Convenient Transportation: It's only one stop away from Zermatt, very close. The hotel also offers a taxi service, which is cheaper than a train ticket. Service: They offer a spa, which is very comfortable. Hotel Location: It's directly across from the Täsch train station, very convenient.

Overall Experience: The hotel was very cozy and comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was good. The transportation was also super convenient, with the station about a 5-minute walk away. Serious Safety and Privacy Issues (Hotel must address this!) The room door lock could not be deadbolted from the inside, meaning someone from the outside could open the door and enter at any time. This severely compromised my sense of security and privacy! What was even more infuriating was that my check-out time was 11:00 AM. At approximately 10:55 AM, while I was still undressed and packing my luggage, a staff member suddenly opened the door without knocking or confirming, urging me to check out. The person saw that I was undressed, and instead of immediately closing the door and stepping away, they actually left the door wide open and stood there talking to me for a full 2 minutes! It was absolutely speechless and infuriating 🙄. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Please respect guest privacy! Always knock and confirm before check-out, instead of directly using a code or key to open the door! 2. Regarding check-out time, I hope the hotel can be a bit more flexible for a few minutes, or at least provide a reminder at the designated time, rather than intruding before the time is up. 3. Please upgrade the room door locks as soon as possible to include an internal deadbolt (safety latch) function / provide a "Do Not Disturb" sign!

You can use the vouchers you bought right away. I've already used them and had no problems at all. You can simply show the vouchers to the train staff, ticket agents, or museum staff. It's very easy. Our only job is to make sure we get on the correct train class. 😃

Eine bessere und günstigere Option als der STP, besonders wenn er mit anderen Tickets wie der Gornergratbahn Zermatt oder dem Jungfrau Travel Pass kombiniert wird. Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen, da das Reisen in der Schweiz allein sehr teuer ist.
