I've participated in many tours on Klook, and most of my reviews have been positive, four stars or above. However, this particular tour was a huge disappointment. This product is also a relatively new listing on Klook. Everything I'm about to say is supported by emails or relevant documents. I advise potential future customers to think twice before booking this expensive tour. 1. The train up the Matterhorn requires good weather, but unfortunately, we encountered bad weather. However, this travel agency had no contingency plan for poor weather. The guide simply told us to return to Zurich early. Initially, they offered no compensation for the shortened itinerary, attempting to claim force majeure directly to the customer. This completely contradicts all my past experiences with travel agencies. 2. The high tour fee actually included a three-day Swiss Travel Pass, which the travel agency did not explain or communicate beforehand. For someone like me, who was leaving Switzerland the next day, this meant wasting the train ticket money (Swiss transportation is notoriously expensive). Furthermore, a travel agency with 'professional knowledge' never considered booking the much cheaper Saver Day Pass for day-trippers. The price difference between the two is as much as CHF 113 to CHF 152 (Saver Day Pass has fluctuating prices, and booking it in the last few days makes it more expensive). This means you might be wasting 25-30% of your tour fee, which the travel agency did not use to provide other better services. When I later communicated with the travel agency about this, they couldn't give me a better explanation and were unwilling to refund me for the two wasted days of train tickets. I advise all consumers to reconsider before booking. I originally had high expectations for this tour, thinking that for such a high price for a small group of two travelers with one guide, the guide would introduce more hidden gems, but there was nothing... and inexplicably wasted train ticket money.
