Smooth pick up after registration showing the QR code. The bus was empty at first but then filled up by Indians after stopping at Interlaken. There were 2 tour guides one speaking English and the other speaks Mandarin. The tour guides provided tips to spotting the best view when we were in the train. Overall, the tour was well organized. Instructions were clear; the bus ride to and from Zurich was safe and stable.

Kom dicht bij de Alpen, wandel door de sneeuw en het ijs, en geniet van de adembenemende uitzichten! Als natuurliefhebber zal dit altijd een van mijn favoriete reizen in Zwitserland blijven! Mijn gidsen waren Sonia en David, en de chauffeur was Antonio. Ze zijn zeer goed geïnformeerd over de plaatsen en gepassioneerd over het delen met de mensen op de reis. Ik waardeer de energie en het warme welkom. Beveel deze reis naar Jungfraujoch met een uur stop in Interlaken ten zeerste aan! Bedankt voor de onvergetelijke herinneringen!

Annett and Isa were both excellent guides, patiently explaining everything and taking great care of us. Isa, especially, was a very humorous Chinese-speaking guide. Since I was traveling alone, she looked after me exceptionally well, sharing many interesting facts and anecdotes about different cities during our journey. She also shared her experiences of living in Switzerland and recommended many worthwhile attractions. She was incredibly kind, and I feel very fortunate to have met her on my first European trip. Although there was a possibility of heavy rain that day, I'm so grateful we were able to reach the highest point to see the glacier! Absolutely worth it!

Tour guide Weili was truly outstanding and deserves more than 5 stars. Two days before departure, she contacted us on WeChat with warm reminders. On the day of the tour, from the moment we boarded the bus to every scenic spot, she was incredibly attentive and considerate, even proactively helping us take photos. Her professionalism was evident. Additionally, there was a small incident on the return journey. Because I was overly enthusiastic, I was targeted by some local staff whom I believe were intentionally trying to bully Chinese people. I hope everything turned out fine in the end.

This tour exceeded our expectations in every way. From the easy 15-minute walk from our Lucerne hotel to the pickup point, to the outstanding guidance provided by Adela and her team, every aspect of the day trip was well-organized and enjoyable. We appreciated the feedback from previous customers regarding altitude sickness, which prompted us to take preventative measures, such as drinking warm herbal teas, to ensure a comfortable journey.

Today's Jungfraujoch day trip was very smooth and convenient, saving us the trouble of researching transportation ourselves. We were able to see all the beautiful sights within a limited time. Many thanks to our Chinese guide, Min, who shared tips for enjoying the views, and our English guide was also very humorous and engaging. Overall, I highly recommend this experience.👍
