This tour exceeded our expectations in every way. From the easy 15-minute walk from our Lucerne hotel to the pickup point, to the outstanding guidance provided by Adela and her team, every aspect of the day trip was well-organized and enjoyable. We appreciated the feedback from previous customers regarding altitude sickness, which prompted us to take preventative measures, such as drinking warm herbal teas, to ensure a comfortable journey.

I would like to highlight Isa for her professionalism, friendly, caring spirits towards the team. Isa is a Chinese English speaking tour guide. A great tour guide I ever met so far. I truly understand that taking care for the whole team is not easy, but with her experiences and the approachable attitudes, she wins my heart. You will understand better with her wide knowledges about the Switzerland and the mountains. If you have a opportunity please do not forget about to appoint Isa as your tour leader. Long story short, this package is worthy !

Smooth pick up after registration showing the QR code. The bus was empty at first but then filled up by Indians after stopping at Interlaken. There were 2 tour guides one speaking English and the other speaks Mandarin. The tour guides provided tips to spotting the best view when we were in the train. Overall, the tour was well organized. Instructions were clear; the bus ride to and from Zurich was safe and stable.

Mijn gidsen waren Sonia en David, en de chauffeur was Antonio. Ze zijn zeer goed geïnformeerd over de plaatsen en gepassioneerd over het delen met de mensen op de reis. Ik waardeer de energie en het warme welkom. Beveel deze reis naar Jungfraujoch met een uur stop in Interlaken ten zeerste aan! Bedankt voor de onvergetelijke herinneringen!

Our guides Bruno, Franc, and Francesco were truly excellent. The tour itself was worth every penny. This is a place worth visiting at least once in your lifetime. The experience of the climate, the scenery, and the overall experience is simply priceless. And with such reliable tour guides, everything runs so smoothly.

The tour saves you a lot of time if you just want to have a quick look at Jungfraujoch. There is a quick stop in Interlaken. It's amazing. There is enough free time to explore Jungfraujoch, at least for photos and souvenirs. Also, there is no extra fee at all.

Once in a lifetime experience. Time in Interlaken is just about perfect. Beware of altitude sickness though most people are fine just walking slowly. We rode the faster cable car on our way up and the slower but very scenic cog rail on the way down (both transfers to another cog rail within tunnels at the last ~1000m), I would suggest they could do tours both with the faster new route with Cable Car, and another in the more scenic old route with cog rail and let tourists join either one both ways, I would definitely choose cog rail both ways if given the option, the views are unmatched.

I booked a day trip to Jungfrau via Klook and was very pleased with the service provided by Ms. Jo from Ikigai Travel. This is a compliment, a very positive message to Ikigai Travel and especially to Ms. Jo. We are a family of 5 (4 adults and a 14-month-old child). Our three generations were well taken care of by Jo. From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed in Lucerne and received a very detailed briefing about the journey. The time management by Jo, her partner, and the driver was excellent. They provided very honest suggestions for taking breaks at the rest stops. At the Top of Europe, Jo looked out for us, as it was the first time for the elderly to be at such a high altitude. I truly appreciated Jo's assistance throughout the entire trip. I highly recommend this option for traveling to the Top of Europe.
