It's quite fun, the tour leader, Alex, was absolutely perfect at his job. He explained everything clearly, shared stories about the region, and made sure we enjoyed our trip. They give you the freedom to choose what kind of activity you want to do.

We had a great time. Milton, George and Isaac were a great team. They took care of us throughout the tour. Milton was very informative and never let us get bored during our trip. It was good that we decided to go for Grindelwald First, we had great photo ops and it was clear skies that day, very lucky. We recommend taking this tour.

The itinerary started with a visit to Lauterbrunnen, followed by Grindelwald and Interlaken later in the evening. Each location had enough time to explore the areas. 1 hour 45 minutes in Lauterbrunnen, 3 hours in Grindelwald, and 1 hour 30 minutes in Interlaken. The tour guide (Robert) was excellent, and the coach was clean. My only feedback to Best of Switzerland Tours AG is that in Grindelwald, since most people opt for the cable car up the mountain, you could stop the coach for people to disembark there instead of making them walk 2 km to the cable car terminal. I understand it is scenic, but elderly people who wanted to take the cable car couldn't due to the long walk. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this agency, which does everything perfectly on time. No delays.

Our experience was truly wonderful — everything went smoothly, efficiently, and beyond expectations. The service was excellent, and everything was handled with great professionalism. The place itself was absolutely breathtaking — every corner offered something beautiful to admire. A successful visit all around, and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable experience!

Amazing trip and knowledgeable guides. Well-planned. Would be even better if bus had a sign saying “watch your head” as I’ve witnessed two fellow travellers hit their head on the roof, once on the second level and once on the first level.

Yancey was a great tour guide! I enjoyed the day trip in Lauterbrunnen even though it was a bit rainy. There was a bit of disappointment when we arrived in Grindelwald, as the weather was so terrible and you couldn't even see the mountains. Yancey gave us options on what to do for 3 hours in Grindelwald, and I chose the Glacier Canyon. We had an hour stop in Interlaken, but again, the weather was very bad.

What an experience. The tour itself was very helpful as it packed three destinations into one trip, although the first two, Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen, felt rushed. Grindelwald is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, so you absolutely should do it. The tour itself was basic. This was my second experience with the same tour company. It was about 30 minutes late from the requested meeting time (which is normally 15 minutes before actual departure). All three destinations were amazing, but for me, Grindelwald was the highlight.
