The meeting point is at the Bus Station. There will be many companies departing that day, so just ask around (show your phone screen). If it's the correct company, they will have your booking name, so it won't be hard to find. The itinerary is excellent. The guide will help you purchase your cable car tickets (this package already includes 201 Swiss Francs) and inform you of the cable car departure time for going down the mountain. Generally, there's plenty of time to take photos at all the scenic spots (including the classic Swiss flag). In early February, the temperature on the mountain was -14 degrees Celsius, so remember to wear snow-grade gear. Afterwards, there will be a stop in Interlaken, also with enough time to explore the area. The guide is great and will also communicate with everyone via WhatsApp, but the guide does not go up the cable car. Just look at other people's shared introductions, and you can gather all the information on what to do. I highly recommend this tour.

Am 7. Oktober unternahm ich eine Reise von Zürich zum Jungfraujoch über Keytours, und ich war sehr zufrieden damit. Das Wetter war auch großartig, so dass wir die fantastische Aussicht auf das Jungfraujoch zu 200% genießen konnten! Besonders schätzte ich Yanis, den besten Fahrer und Reiseleiter, für seine harte Arbeit. Er kümmerte sich die ganze Zeit gut um alle Teilnehmer. Als wir zum Beispiel vom Jungfraujoch herunterkamen, war die Seilbahn vorübergehend defekt. Aber wir waren in Ordnung, weil er uns mitteilte, wie wir einen anderen Weg finden konnten, um mit dem Zug herunterzukommen. (Ohne seine Unterstützung wären die Leute vielleicht in Panik geraten.) Vielen Dank nochmals an Keytours & Yanis, und hoffentlich bis bald wieder. :)

Highly recommended itinerary!! The price is also very reasonable. Although the guide did not accompany us to Jungfraujoch, he dutifully waited for us all day below. The glaciers of Jungfraujoch are truly spectacular! Going up to see them is a once-in-a-lifetime memory!

Excellent! The guide was friendly, and the Eiger Express and cogwheel train took us to Jungfraujoch in just 30 minutes from Grindelwald.

I traveled with a group, but the driver didn't go. I was told it was a priority ticket, but without an explanation, it wasn't a priority. Still, I'm glad I got to go to the Top of Europe. I sent a postcard from a Japanese post office.

Nur zwei von uns reisten von Genf ab. Also fuhr uns der Busfahrer, um uns mit den anderen aus Zürich zu treffen. Tolle Erfahrung.

It was hard to tell which bus was ours; a slightly larger logo would have made it easier. The guide explained things very diligently, but I wondered how I would get down if I felt unwell at the top of the mountain. I wish they had explained more clearly what "English assistant only" meant, so I could have been better prepared mentally. By the way, the assistant's role was to give us tickets and explanations, but not to go up with us. We were told to go up and come back on our own, and that they would provide a phone number. Despite these anxieties, the weather was good, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Departing from Lausanne, the pick-up point is convenient. The package includes cable car and train tickets. The guide is very professional and knowledgeable, and also helps with taking photos.

I was completely amazed! I never expected such an extraordinary experience. Everything was just flawless, and the driver was exceptionally kind. We traveled from Zurich to Jungfrau, and even got to take the cable car!

Our guide and driver Ioannis provided excellent service throughout the trip. However, Jungfrau Top of Europe itself is underwhelming. It is chaotic and overcrowded, and the facilities are disappointing given the expensive price of the package. I enjoyed the Lucerne and Mt Titlis tour offered by Klook more. The Mt Titlis Tour is cheaper and the facilities are better, especially if you like to experience snow outdoors.
