Amazing views of the Matterhorn absolutely breathtaking and worth the experience. Before queuing for the cable car, remember to go to the left side counter to redeem your ticket first, then proceed to the cable car entrance. Ease of booking on Klook: Booking through Klook was very smooth and convenient. Confirmation was received quickly, and everything worked perfectly without any issues. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting Zermatt.

From purchasing tickets to going to the top of Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and returning, it was a very smooth experience. When we arrived at Zermatt, we found the green bus station at the back of the train station, which brought us to the cable car station. At the station, we exchanged the voucher for actual tickets, which you tap at the turnstile when you enter. We didn't see the Matterhorn completely because it was cloudy with occasional rain when we visited, but we were still happy to see half of it. In total, my family was satisfied that we experienced it.

I had to get physical tickets at the manual ticketing counter, which was quick as it was empty. Tickets for children under 8 years old are provided free of charge at this counter. A ticket is required for everyone as it is swiped to open turnstiles at various points. We had sunny and cloudy weather, but thankfully no rain. Overall, a very good experience.

I booked the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise trip at the last minute on Klook…the lowest price available and a very easy app to use and the instructions for the trip were easy to follow. the trip itself was brilliant albeit there was extreme cloud cover at the very top. all in all a very enjoyable experience.

The redemption process went smoothly. However, the free bus may not be available upon your visit, so you might have to walk 15-18 minutes to Matterhorn station from Zermatt train terminal. Overall, the Matterhorn was very beautiful, but we were unlucky that we didn't get to see the peak due to heavy fog.

Recommended 👍🏻. Just follow the simple instructions. Take a train to Zermatt and then take the free bus to the gondola station (the last stop). Exchange your Klook voucher at the ticket counter. Come early to avoid long queues. The view was amazing. Thank you Klook 👍🏻👍🏻
