Maganda ang lokasyon at malinis at komportable ang kuwarto na may kaunting tanaw sa Matterhorn. Ang tanging problema lang ay napakanipis ng unan, mas magiging mahimbing ang tulog kung mas maganda ang unan.

Isang napakagandang hotel. Ang kuwarto ay may tanawin ng Metahorn. Lubos naming nasiyahan ang aming pananatili doon. Medyo malayo sa istasyon ng tren ngunit ang hotel ay may shuttle rides para sa check-in at check-out.

Convenient Transportation: It's only one stop away from Zermatt, very close. The hotel also offers a taxi service, which is cheaper than a train ticket. Service: They offer a spa, which is very comfortable. Hotel Location: It's directly across from the Täsch train station, very convenient.

Overall Experience: The hotel was very cozy and comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was good. The transportation was also super convenient, with the station about a 5-minute walk away. Serious Safety and Privacy Issues (Hotel must address this!) The room door lock could not be deadbolted from the inside, meaning someone from the outside could open the door and enter at any time. This severely compromised my sense of security and privacy! What was even more infuriating was that my check-out time was 11:00 AM. At approximately 10:55 AM, while I was still undressed and packing my luggage, a staff member suddenly opened the door without knocking or confirming, urging me to check out. The person saw that I was undressed, and instead of immediately closing the door and stepping away, they actually left the door wide open and stood there talking to me for a full 2 minutes! It was absolutely speechless and infuriating 🙄. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Please respect guest privacy! Always knock and confirm before check-out, instead of directly using a code or key to open the door! 2. Regarding check-out time, I hope the hotel can be a bit more flexible for a few minutes, or at least provide a reminder at the designated time, rather than intruding before the time is up. 3. Please upgrade the room door locks as soon as possible to include an internal deadbolt (safety latch) function / provide a "Do Not Disturb" sign!

Nagustuhan namin ang aming tour, pero mas maganda sana kung sinabihan kami ng guide na maghanda para sa altitude. Nahilo ako at naramdaman kong magaan ang ulo pagdating sa pinakamataas na tuktok. Mas mainam na bigyan kami ng babala tungkol doon. Pero ang pag-book sa Klook ay naging maayos! Sulit na sulit ang tanawin!!!

It was difficult to tell which bus was ours; a slightly larger logo would have made it easier. The guide tried very hard to explain everything, but I wondered how I would get down the mountain if I felt unwell. I wish there had been more information about what "English assistant only" meant, so I could have been better prepared. By the way, the assistant didn't go up the mountain with us; they just gave us tickets and instructions, telling us to go and come back on our own, and that they'd provide a phone number. Despite this uncertainty, the weather was good, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

We visited during the peak season in August. Arriving at Zermatt Station at 6:40 AM allowed us to catch the first train at 7:00 AM, and all six of us easily secured seats on the right side. The observation deck wasn't overly crowded, so we could take as many photos as we wanted. The souvenir shop at the observation deck opened at 9:00 AM; while M and L sizes of the cute Gornergrat-exclusive T-shirts were scarce, we managed to get some. On the way back, we hiked from Rotenboden to Riffelberg. The weather was great, and we saw the inverted Matterhorn. While sneakers are not impossible, there are rocky and sloped paths, so trekking shoes are preferable. It was cold at the top, but as we descended, it became scorching hot due to a heatwave, so a packable down jacket that you can easily take on and off is essential. I even took off my Heattech inner layer at Riffelberg.

Ang Matterhorn Glacier Paradise ay talagang nakamamangha. Sa pagsakay sa cable car paakyat sa 3,883 metro, masusuklian ka ng malawak na tanawin ng mahigit 14 na taluktok ng Alps na sumasaklaw sa Switzerland, Italy, at France. Ang Glacier Palace — isang kuweba ng yelo na inukit nang malalim sa glacier — ay isang mahiwagang atraksyon, na may nakamamanghang mga eskultura ng yelo at isang kakaibang asul na kislap na tila mula sa ibang mundo.
