The ox tongue was excellent. Personally, I prefer the texture of the chuck roll.

The service staff at the Tsuen Wan branch on that day were excellent. My friend and I had finished shopping and were waiting for two other friends. Since it was a weekday and only 7 PM, they allowed us to be seated first, and the timer for our meal only started when everyone had arrived. The beef was a fantastic all-you-can-eat option, and the eggs and ice cream were also delicious.

The M9 Wagyu beef quality is good, and the staff's service attitude is excellent, which is rare to see in Hong Kong restaurants nowadays.
