香港海洋公園萬豪酒店自助餐「熱騰騰龍蝦任食、天下無敵！」豐盛自助餐「大滿足」的不二之選，食物種類中西式豐富又美味，價格買一送一CP值高！但因食物種類全部皆超級吸引，即使我每個月均會到此享受自助晚餐一至兩次，但真的未能將所有食物一一享受！所以不用擔心排「熱食龍蝦」的隊伍……長過「軍隊」，不少人包括「我」也是只吃半邊或1隻龍蝦，原因留「肚」去尋找各式各樣的美味食物，您會驚覺很快「無人排隊食龍蝦，皆因其他美食預瓜瓜！」，還有，服務員有禮又「閃電手」收碟快，專業「收碟專員」但不收外星UFO「飛碟」，所以最近美國公開的保密多年「UFO飛碟檔案」，您們絕對不會找到香港萬豪酒店「海灣餐廳」自助餐「世代收碟專員」的身影和資料！哈哈！

食物各式各樣豐富又美味，餐廳環境舒適又衛生，客服高級女侍應Miki專業有禮又細心，侍應收碟快而食物補給很快速！尤其客人們比較斯文不會搶食，但希望大人家長們留意因小孩子太小年齡而大人不陪同下，經常性把食物夾掉落地上，幸好其他客人通知侍應們快速更換！也出現小孩子用手直接接觸食物和拿不到玻璃碟下全部打碎的情況，這種行為並不是在沒有大人陪同下培養孩子的「獨立性」，而是疏忽管教兒童影響其他食客和食物衛生！希望家長們做個有「責任感」的成年人，自助餐就會一切安好，福生無量！

The main highlights are steamed lobster and chilled seafood (mussels, shrimp, bread crab, clams, crab legs). The Chinese hot dishes are near the lobster station, mainly stir-fried seafood, with about 4-5 dishes. There's a sushi station (with sashimi like tuna and scallops), a BBQ station (with several soups), a tempura station, and a noodle station. The specific dishes available should depend on the day's supply. Special dishes include Peking duck and double-boiled soup, which should be available daily. Personally, I think the double-boiled soup is quite good, but the Peking duck is just so-so. The rest are desserts, and there are a lot of them. Although the variety of dishes isn't extensive, there's still plenty to choose from, the food quality is high, and the seafood is quite fresh. The environment and atmosphere are good, but the restaurant was quite crowded; it was full on the day I went. The service is also very good; plates are cleared super fast, although sometimes they clear them even if you haven't finished eating. The best part is that the Klook purchase already includes the service charge, so you don't have to pay extra during your meal.

The buffet at Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel. When I was seated at 6 PM, I was immediately drawn to the dessert section. There were so many varieties, constantly refilled, and every dessert was incredibly delicious. The blue cloud cake was a salted egg cheesecake, and its appearance alone was very appealing. The subtle salty aroma and smooth, rich cheese left a lasting impression. The green tea and red bean warabimochi had just the right sweetness and was super chewy; it's the best green tea warabimochi I've had in Hong Kong, even better than those at Sogo. The steamed Australian blue lobster was meaty, fresh, and delicious, and could be paired with black bean sauce, tom yum curry sauce, or cheese sauce. I tried it with both cheese sauce and tom yum curry sauce. I found the tom yum curry sauce to be very unique, elevating the lobster's flavor to another level, leaving an unforgettable taste. The soup of the day was double-boiled Jinhua ham, fish maw, and conch head, made with genuine ingredients, perfect for early autumn. The Thai barbecue was grilled on the spot and very juicy. Food Taste: 10 points Experience: 10 points, worth revisiting Service: 10 points, staff were very nice, plates were changed quickly Restaurant Environment: 10 points, very spacious Price: 10 points, because I used a Klook buy-2-get-1-free offer, so the value for money was extremely high.

The front desk staff must not make mistakes regarding the celebration date for which a guest has reserved a table! Especially when a birthday cake, pre-ordered for photos with family and friends, completely "disappears" and is not presented! Under normal circumstances, the restaurant should contact guests via WhatsApp one or two days before the reservation date to confirm the number of people and their needs. I don't understand why, despite being a regular monthly buffet customer, the middle-aged female front desk staff member with glasses lied, saying there was no need to call every time to reserve a table. She claimed she would allocate the usual table number to regular customers based on caller ID. Yet, on the birthday itself, we were told there was no reservation! Even after insisting and getting our reserved table back, the pre-ordered birthday cake was not delivered and was instead given to a guest whose birthday was only announced that day! We had to insist again to get it replaced! The service quality of this middle-aged female front desk staff member with glasses is worse than that of a typical restaurant hostess! I remember during the Chinese New Year's Eve buffet this year, we were looking forward to a rich and pleasant reunion dinner with family. Upon arriving at the restaurant's front desk, I saw this poor-quality staff member. When she heard me state the reservation phone number, she didn't even look at me and barked at me to go into the front desk counter myself and enter the phone number on the computer. I was very surprised and repeated the contact phone number, but she was busy looking at her own computer and then rudely said, "Go in yourself and enter the phone number!" Her behavior was very aggressive and impolite! Upon questioning, it turned out she thought I was a temporary worker at the restaurant, which is outrageous! Her terrible service attitude absolutely affects the image of the entire Bay Restaurant and the Ocean Park Marriott Hotel! I earnestly request the Marriott Hotel management to provide more training for staff to improve their work! Thank you!

Dinner buffet is always very good. The highlights are unlimited supply of steam lobster and super generous portion of fresh and high grade sashimi. Their Chinese soup in pot and Peking duck are very good too. Can't miss the dessert and ice cream booth. But no foie gras and steam abalone for this seasons is a bit disappointing.

It's a good hotel buffet experience, except for the slightly remote location. It's next to Ocean Park. The Peking duck, steamed lobster, various abalone dishes, and desserts are all well-made.

The hospitality was excellent, and the food was distinctive and great value! The food quality and standards remain consistent. However, an area for improvement, which I've noticed from frequent visits, is the impolite behavior of the male and female tempura chefs. They often delay serving tempura from 6:30 PM, only starting to fry around 6:40 PM, even though the buffet has already begun and the two serving plates are empty! Furthermore, they only fry vegetables and are reluctant to fry seafood. Even when they finally do, there are only about 6 pieces of fried seafood, and guests are met with dirty looks if they take more than one piece! They stare at guests with great displeasure, which is very impolite! At a 5-star Marriott hotel buffet for 200 people, it's unacceptable for chefs to delay frying tempura, provide insufficient quantities for guests, and offer poor quality items that are too heavily battered! It's shameful and very low-quality behavior that these two chefs consistently display rude and bullying attitudes towards guests, clearly showing displeasure and speaking impolitely. This is far from the customer-first, polite service provided by the noodle, stew, and Peking duck chefs! I hope the hotel takes note and strengthens their training.

一如既往，我很享受在海洋公園萬豪酒店Marina咖啡廳的晚餐。食物很好，但種類不多。氣氛很棒。在Klook上預訂也快速簡單。總體來說，這是一個很棒且愉快的夜晚。

So much lobster 'water', so much lobster 'water', so much lobster 'water'! (Important things said three times) Steamed lobster... really so much water! At the buffet on the evening of October 8th, it was strange that every diner who took half a lobster had their plate filled with seafood water from inside the lobster after steaming! This situation was very strange to me, as I frequently dine at this buffet. Normally, when the chef cuts the lobster, some juice will spill out, but there's a plastic barrier to prevent it from splashing onto diners. Then, the chef usually removes the lobster's internal organs and drains any remaining liquid before serving it to the customer, who can then add their preferred sauce to the dry lobster. However, on the evening of October 8th, the tall chef who is usually stationed at this lobster stall acted completely out of character. Each time he served any diner, he directly placed the freshly steamed lobster, full of juice and water, onto the diner's plate, causing the entire plate to be filled with liquid and oil. This made it difficult for diners to use the plate for other food, and because the plate was too shallow, the lobster juice and oil kept flowing onto clothes and pants. At the time, many guests were walking around, and a lot of the liquid from their plates was spilling onto the floor, creating a dangerous situation where other guests could easily slip and fall if they weren't careful! This irresponsible chef even, after a young, chubby male diner took half a lobster and asked for another half, forcefully threw the half lobster, full of juice and water, onto the man's plate, causing juice to splash everywhere and leaving the customer in a very disheveled state! I hope the hotel reviews the CCTV footage from that night and informs this lobster chef that his behavior is completely unacceptable, as he handled all the cut half lobsters this way throughout the entire evening. I am speaking out here in hopes that the hotel investigates the actions of this irresponsible chef, and I do not wish for any accidents to occur that would cause losses to the Marriott Hotel and its patrons!
