experience: 10 out of 10. tasty and thoughtful. Please let the restaurant know the food and the setup were great. I saw kids were engaging in pizza making activities and there was a look alike meat stall for the adults to reminiscing past market experience. Great value.

The lunch included all-you-can-eat oysters, and Movenpick was already a happy sight. The oysters were served two at a time, continuously replenished, small but very salty, but most importantly, I didn't get a stomach ache after eating them. The cold seafood included whelks, cold shrimp, and mussels. The whelks weren't tough, even children could chew them. The salad greens were mixed in a cheese wheel, fresh and delicious. The hot food was ordinary, with chicken, fish, beef, lamb, and pork, all tasting normal. The sashimi, salmon, and herring were okay, but the others had a strange taste and were unappetizing. There was a wide variety of desserts, with the crème brûlée being the best. I was full after about half an hour, and the kids started getting restless, but they had activities. Children could make their own pizza, allowing adults to move around after eating and keeping the kids from getting bored. Most importantly, the pizza they made was actually quite good 😆

It was my second time having a lunch buffet here, and as expected, the food was delectable and there were many options to choose from. I will definitely return.

I used to patronize the buffet for many years, but due to the pandemic, I hadn't visited for over three years. This time, I happened upon a Klook promotion and decided to visit again. The food and environment have been rearranged; there's a tap for rinsing oysters, which is much more hygienic. Every time I come, I always eat the pizza because it's freshly baked and delicious. The king crab and shrimp are very fresh. Unexpectedly, the sashimi quality has improved significantly compared to before, with what seemed like botan shrimp, which was excellent. I ate two large cups of ice cream. This price was definitely worth it, and the staff were very polite.

Good customer service. We are a group of 17 people. The restaurant arranged a good area for such a big group as there were elders and kids. Very caring services. Food is good. Food varieties are not as much as compared to other buffets. But enough to choose and cater to all taste preferences. The CNY food is yummy and great for the festive season.

After the renovation, the food area is tidier and more spacious. On Sunday evenings, there aren't too many people, and the food maintains a good variety and quality. I've actually been here many times, and each time there are new changes. Pizza, roast beef, noodle soup, and McDonald's ice cream 🍦 are always a must for the kids. Sashimi and oysters 🦪 are plentiful. This time, there's also (goose or duck liver toast as a complimentary item). It's worth mentioning that the desserts have been significantly upgraded, especially the matcha red bean cake 🍰, which deserves a thumbs up.

Returning for dinner after a month, because the price and food are reasonable and offer great value. This time, it's a Japanese theme. The children love Japanese ramen, pizza, roast beef, and M-shaped ice cream. This time, the staff who seated us was very polite. When I asked for a wet wipe, the staff member politely handed it to me with both hands, which is commendable. We had a pleasant meal. I love the sashimi, and the steamed fish was also very large. I will come again next time.

The environment is great, spacious enough, and not too crowded, allowing for a quiet and enjoyable meal. The variety of food isn't extensive, but there are plenty of cooked dishes, which is especially suitable for those who don't eat raw or cold food. Sashimi and oysters are offered in unlimited quantities, but cold dishes like mussels and king crab legs were replenished a bit slowly. The best part is getting a 45% discount when purchasing through Klook, saving almost half the price, making it well worth trying.

This is my first time having lunch at Novotel. The service is good, and the food quality is acceptable for the price. However, it would be perfect if there were more varieties of salad. I would recommend it to others.

My mother-in-law said the seating was comfortable, my father-in-law said there was a wide variety of food, and my husband said everything was worth trying. I, however, found it just average. Overall, it's a very suitable hotel for seniors to enjoy a buffet together! They have a wide range of cooked food (though I only tried their broccoli cream soup), and the cream soup was quite good! (On that day) I noticed some of the glass cups had cracks, and the white soup bowls did too (everyone should be careful!). As for the beef, it was overcooked. The German sausages, which you pick yourself, were also overcooked. There were three types of noodles, with toppings like fried tofu puffs, beef balls, bean sprouts, chives, lettuce, Vietnamese ham, radish... (I remember them being quite unique) and a clear broth. Remember to add fish sauce! Regarding the double chocolate cake 🤔 the taste was okay, but it was quite dense/hard (it felt like it had been frozen for a long time). The pandan cake was softer, which was fine! The Japanese mochi was not bad. The square mini cakes were also okay, and there was a mini fridge with some mixed fruit puddings in glass jars (they were quite tasty). I wouldn't recommend the square red jelly; it was really hard... (needs improvement). On that day, the sashimi included: abalone, herring, mackerel, and salmon 🍣. Seafood: (because it was lunch) sea snails, prawns, and mussels. The oysters were on the small side; the smallest I saw was about the size of a thumb. The Movenpick ice cream that day had four flavors: chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, and crème brûlée.
