Celebrated my birthday with an amazing meal at *The Tai Pan Restaurant*—and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was exquisite, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. A special shout-out to Maya for her outstanding service! She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, even helping us divide the soup into separate bowls. Her attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I’ll be back! 😊

This is the 7th time I've had a semi-buffet breakfast at Tai Pan. The environment and food are fabulous. Plus, the service is always excellent. Thank you to Captain Feyez. He is always attentive and warm to customers.

The restaurant was a little delayed that day, starting lunch service at 12:30. Since we arrived early, we took some "Hong Kong girl" photos on the nearby slope. For lunch, spending over $1000 grants 3 hours of free parking. On Friday, there were only a few tables occupied for lunch. The staff arranged a sofa seat for us. Unfortunately, we noticed quite a few biscuit/bread crumbs left on the sofa from the previous guests that hadn't been wiped away. As I instinctively brushed them away, the staff immediately reacted, helping and apologizing. The three-course meal left no room for difficult choices, and the serving speed was quite fast. The lobster bisque was very rich and contained minced lobster meat. The pan-fried scallops were slightly seared on both sides and not overcooked. For the main course, the beef cheek was very tender, with a texture similar to beef tendon and brisket. However, the potato wedges as a side dish were inconsistent; some were so hard they made a sound when dropped on the plate, while others were normal. The other main course, salmon, was relatively light and ordinary in taste. For dessert, the chocolate trio was quite outstanding. The chocolate ice cream had distinct chocolate chips, and the chocolate wasn't overly sweet or overpowering. Both adults and children should enjoy it. 😄

Service up to par. Very nice food. The portion is very generous. We are very impressed and will definitely go and try again! The Australian tenderloin is juicy and tender, accompanied by the big prawn. Both are really delicious indeed.

The lobster bisque is rich and flavorful, while the beef tenderloin is a bit mild but very tender. The prawns are fresh, springy, and delicious. The Tiramisu has a lovely aroma of wine and coffee, and tastes wonderful. They also offer complimentary sparkling wine and good service. My kids love their truffle Mac and Cheese; it's only $70 as a side, but the portion is generous enough for my 5 and 8-year-old children. Overall, it's a good deal with a great dining experience.

I come with my friend to enjoy breakfast today. The service staff are mostly professional, friendly and attentive which impressed us very much. While the food variety is more or less the same as before, the presentation and temperature have both improved. The beautifully made milk foam of their signature coffee do perfect our meal experience. Yes, will definitely revisit again.

This is the second time I've had this dinner set! The restaurant service is excellent, and the waitstaff have a thorough understanding of the food. Their explanations and hospitality are both superb. The food tastes and looks fantastic. Most importantly, I have a friend who doesn't eat beef, and they changed all the beef dishes on the entire menu to seafood. I found this very thoughtful and I'm grateful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 We had a wonderful meal. We will definitely visit again.
