First and foremost, the service deserves endless praise. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the small gestures from every staff member left a very good impression. The staff at Drawing Room were incredibly friendly, smiling, attentive, and thoughtful. My friends who were with me also praised their service. Regarding the food, this time it was a collaboration with Nespresso. Each person could freely choose 8 items from 16 savory and sweet options. The afternoon tea here isn't served on a multi-tiered tray; instead, a trolley is brought out, allowing guests to select their choices to be placed on their plate. It includes one drink, with a choice of tea (12 varieties) or coffee. Finally, a Nespresso gift and voucher were presented. At 5 PM, the hotel traditionally opens a bottle of champagne with a saber, and after the ceremony, each guest is served a glass of champagne. The overall feeling was good, comfortable, and leisurely. Purchasing the afternoon tea through Klook already included the service charge, which was excellent!

So happy 🥳, it's my second time dining here, and I finally got to see the trolley (it wasn't available last time due to the theme 😅). This time, the theme is "Chocolate Global Exploration": you can choose 8 sweet and savory items, almost all made with chocolate. The caviar and scallops are a must-try, incredibly fresh and sweet 😋. One of the goat cheese tarts has a unique gamey flavor, which depends on personal taste and acceptance, but I found it quite enjoyable 😆, and I left feeling very satisfied 🤩. Many thanks to the hotel for thoughtfully preparing a birthday cake 🎂 for my friend, who was absolutely delighted ☺️. Finally, we also witnessed a champagne sabrage ceremony (St. Regis Champagne sabrage) 🍾 for another guest celebrating their birthday that day, and shared champagne to celebrate 🥂, bringing this birthday meal to a perfect close.

The hotel environment is comfortable, not crowded, and very pleasant to sit in. It's a great place to chat leisurely with friends. The desserts and food are of high quality, and the combination of ingredients in the sweets is ingenious. For an afternoon tea, it's excellent! I will definitely come again next time!

Both the savory and sweet items for the afternoon tea can be chosen, and I personally prefer savory items, so the proportion of savory items was higher. Each dim sum was exquisite and tasted excellent, making it one of the highest quality afternoon teas. Today, for Father's Day, two boxes of caviar were even given as a gift, which truly made it worth the price. I hope next time they can launch an afternoon tea that is as luxurious and delicious as this theme.
