For my first experience, the place wasn't very big, but I liked the convenience of individual hot pots. I chose the ten-item beef set, ordered via QR code, and tried a few of my preferred beef cuts, which were really good. For self-service, there were cold appetizers, several types of vegetables, instant noodles, local ice cream, and canned drinks. However, there's one area that needs improvement: the self-service plates are a bit small, so you might need to make several trips, and it's easy to drop vegetables. Other than that, everything else felt good and it's worth a try.

Terrible! At 7:30 PM on a weekday, there were only 20-30% of the tables occupied. The staff service was mediocre, and the environment and tableware were extremely dirty! The food quality was even worse. We mainly came for the beef, but the beef was very shredded, and the 'premium marbled beef' was a joke, not good at all! The hotpot ingredients and ice cream were also very ordinary. The only slightly good thing was that they had Asahi beer! We finished and paid at 9:30 PM, and saw the staff preparing many plates of beef, placing them on a cart.

We went to eat on the first day of the Lunar New Year. There weren't many diners that day, and the service attitude was excellent. Each person received a complimentary sashimi (as pictured), but the beef was very tough. We also had to pay an additional sauce fee and a 10% service charge, which was about $70 for two people.
