Avaliações
I'm pretty sure we were the only English speakers on the tour, but it was still great. The stops are a little rushed, but they are good locations to visit. BE ON TIME or you will be left behind. If the final stop is the Kyoto street temple that is uphill, it might be worthwhile to make other arrangements to get home, as there is a lot to see and not a lot of time.
It was a bit difficult for an introvert who doesn't speak Japanese to exchange tickets at the departure point. The overall itinerary was good, and the guide was very enthusiastic, always taking us to the attractions before letting us explore. The bus had introductions to some famous Kyoto sights (with a translator inside), which was very helpful for first-time visitors to Kyoto.
A must-visit, with great architecture, history, and beauty.
It's fantastic that you can visit three major Kyoto temples in half a day! Thank you :)
It was easy to find the sightseeing bus terminal outside Kyoto Station. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Just show your mobile voucher at the counter to exchange it for tickets. The bus left on time! Our group (4 people) were also the only ones on the tour, so it was great that we had a private tour of sorts.
Visiting Kinkaku-ji, Ginkaku-ji, and Kiyomizu-dera all in one go—that's truly impressive! This itinerary is perfect for a quick tour with elders. If you don't want to spend too much time at each attraction, this is a great option!
The activities were very interesting, and the historical sites and scenic spots were beautiful and captivating. The tour guide and driver were very friendly. The receiver can switch between different languages, making it easier to learn about the cultural traditions and stories of Kyoto, Japan.
This was an amazing tour. What a great way to start my holiday. It was very peaceful to visit these places with a guide.
The price is similar to buying tickets on-site, so if you were already planning to buy but were worried about communication, I recommend purchasing this. Most passengers were Japanese, with only a very small number of foreigners (about 5 people). If you want to visit multiple spots at once, this tour can work, but the schedule is very tight. The Kinkaku-ji Temple brochure suggests a 20-minute visit, but only 35 minutes were allocated, which isn't enough time to get a Goshuin stamp and buy souvenirs; in the end, I was 10 minutes late due to getting lost. The tour guide was quite unhappy, but later made a great effort to communicate with me, and I made sure to arrive even earlier afterward. However, the visits to Ginkaku-ji Temple and Kiyomizu-dera Temple were essentially just quick glances. The return time was 2:15 PM, not 2:35 PM, so you need to consider that for Kiyomizu-dera Temple as well. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it to friends, but if you have time constraints and want to condense your itinerary, you can then use the extra time for shopping, which is a definite plus. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service (no need to plan routes or transportation myself, and the guide was also a kind person), but I feel that an extra hour in the overall schedule would have made it even better.
Due to the rain, this itinerary was very well-arranged and satisfying.
