This was honestly one of the best experiences of my trip to Japan! Everything was perfectly organized, and we visited so many beautiful places without feeling stressed. What made this tour truly special was our guide. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring from the beginning to the end. She explained every place clearly, guided us everywhere, and made sure no one felt lost. She even took so many beautiful photos for me and helped me find the best photo spots, which made my memories even more special. Her positive energy and genuine kindness made the whole day so enjoyable. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout the tour. The itinerary was amazing, the transportation was smooth, and every destination was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan. Thank you for giving me such wonderful memories that I will cherish forever! ❤️

Our tour guide (Apple) was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. She provided background information on the three scenic spots we visited today. She was very kind and helpful if we had questions. Our trip was very punctual. We had ample time to explore each spot and quite enjoyed the pace.

Thank goodness the weather was beautiful and it didn't rain! We're grateful to our guide, Apple, who started contacting us the night before our trip, clearly explaining every meeting point, location, and time. Apple was professional and reliable, and her sweet smile made us feel truly welcome to Osaka. Although the itinerary was very tight, everything went smoothly. We were able to visit temples, make wishes, and buy souvenirs – but speed was key! Guide Apple provided us with key information in both Chinese and English, clearly explaining the background and important features of Katsuoji Temple, Nonomiya Shrine in Arashiyama, and Kinkaku-ji Temple. We passed by Togetsukyo Bridge, Tenryu-ji Temple, the Bamboo Grove, Arashiyama Station, and various unique shops. We definitely had a fruitful trip, and we also thank the driver for their hard work throughout the day and for the comfortable and safe tour bus. Thank you!

Today's tour was fantastic from start to finish. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate, sharing interesting information throughout the day while keeping everything organized and enjoyable. The bus driver was exceptional, navigating safely and smoothly, making us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the journey. Apple was a great and friendly guide. Very easy to understand and did an excellent job communicating where and when to meet at each stop and provided insightful information about each and every location.

We thoroughly enjoyed the day with Apple and her team of drivers who have proven to be very reliable. The bus was very comfortable with ample leg space and the driving was smooth and safe. Apple had made the effort to send every individual text messages to provide important updates regarding timing and location. We felt very taken care of and the day had been very fruitful. The trip is highly recommended for travelers who plan to visit Osaka and Kyoto and you can board from one city and depart in the other city, making your travel itinerary very efficient!

The itinerary was rich and varied, and our guide, Tina, was incredibly thoughtful. She created a group chat, added all the tour members, and sent a warm reminder about the meeting point and time a day in advance. On the day of the tour, she proactively shared photos of the tour flag, meeting location, and even the bus license plate in the group chat, making it easy for everyone to find their way and board the bus. Before arriving at each attraction, she would explain its historical background. At the attractions, she shared travel tips, strategies, and even photos and videos of the spots. During free time, she announced the meeting time in the group and introduced nearby restaurants, including their price levels, along with travel guides, which was very convenient. It's rare to have such a considerate guide on a day trip. She explained each attraction once in Chinese and once in English, giving tour members ample time to rest.👍🏻

We had such a wonderful time on our Osaka & Kyoto tour today! Everything was well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. A special thank you to Ms. Apple, our tour guide, who truly made the experience even more memorable. She was soft-spoken, patient, kind, and very considerate throughout the tour. We really appreciated how understanding she was when we arrived late at our first itinerary. She even extended a few more minutes to wait for us to return to the meet-up point, which meant a lot. We’re so grateful that she was the assigned guide for us. Her professionalism and warm attitude made the entire trip feel comfortable and stress-free. We really enjoyed our time exploring the Bamboo Forest, the Kinkaku-ji Temple, and Daruma-dera Temple. April was a wonderful and kind tour guide who made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this tour!
