Since it was my first time in Osaka, I didn't do any preparation and got a little lost trying to find my way. I had some trouble finding my ticket because I brought a paper one instead of using a QR code. I scanned the QR code at the ticket machine, issued the ticket, selected my seats, and received two physical tickets. There's also a counter right next to it where you can get an Icoca card, so minors or those without Apple Pay can handle both at once. They'll issue an Icoca card for 2000 yen.

After finishing my itinerary at the travel destination, I had to go to the airport, but my schedule was so delayed that I ended up taking the Haruka for the first time, which wasn't in my plans. There were many people at the ticket counter, and while waiting, I quickly bought a ticket from Klook. It was cheaper than buying locally and I was able to exchange the ticket quickly, which was very convenient. However, I was flustered because I rushed and couldn't confirm the boarding time or seat assignment. Fortunately, I was able to sit comfortably in car 6 of the Haruka non-reserved section at 3:47 PM and arrived safely at the airport. Thanks to Haruka, I was able to pick up my luggage on time and conclude my trip well. It was the best!!

My experience taking the JR HAKURA EXPRESS from Kansai airport to Kyoto was convenient, spacious, clean and fast. The Hello Kitty character is so cute, and it has a baggage compartment. If you want to have a comfortable trip and save money, I literally recommend this JR Hakura Express. It was worth it.❤️❤️❤️

It was great to be able to conveniently visit many places by bus in a short period. If you want to visit many places, I highly recommend using a guided tour. Personally, I tried visiting by subway and bus, but it was a huge waste of time and required too much walking, which was physically exhausting. I strongly recommend it because you can learn about history from a kind tour guide, have them take photos for you, and get other travel tips.^^

Great booking! It really saved us from the rush hour trains from Osaka to Kansai. We each had 2 large pieces of luggage, and the only way to fit inside a busy train was to use the Haruka train. The train was on time and comfortable. There were spaces provided in each car for luggage. We were also allowed to eat. It is also cheaper by using the Klook app. I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend it.

Seamless and fastest way to go from Kyoto Station to Osaka Kansai Airport! The initial setting up looks a little overwhelming but once you were able to add your ticket, you can easily select your preferred time and seats. So easy and quick! We’re also happy that we were able to ride the Hello Kitty Haruka back to Kansai. 🥰
