Since it was my first time in Osaka, I didn't do any preparation and got a little lost trying to find my way. I had some trouble finding my ticket because I brought a paper one instead of using a QR code. I scanned the QR code at the ticket machine, issued the ticket, selected my seats, and received two physical tickets. There's also a counter right next to it where you can get an Icoca card, so minors or those without Apple Pay can handle both at once. They'll issue an Icoca card for 2000 yen.

After finishing my itinerary at the travel destination, I had to go to the airport, but my schedule was so delayed that I ended up taking the Haruka for the first time, which wasn't in my plans. There were many people at the ticket counter, and while waiting, I quickly bought a ticket from Klook. It was cheaper than buying locally and I was able to exchange the ticket quickly, which was very convenient. However, I was flustered because I rushed and couldn't confirm the boarding time or seat assignment. Fortunately, I was able to sit comfortably in car 6 of the Haruka non-reserved section at 3:47 PM and arrived safely at the airport. Thanks to Haruka, I was able to pick up my luggage on time and conclude my trip well. It was the best!!

Our free and easy trip to Kansai started wonderfully by taking the HARUKA from Kansai Airport to Kyoto. The registration is very straightforward, and you can change the time anytime as long as your original booking hasn't passed yet. I really recommend it and will use it again!

I used it for Kansai Airport-Kyoto! Since the QR code was all there, I didn't need to get a ticket at the ticket gate and could enter directly, which was super convenient. It was much cheaper than the regular price, so I'll use Klook again if I need to next time, haha. The unreserved seats are in cars 5-7, and there were plenty of seats, so I sat comfortably. It's much cheaper than swiping your Suica card at the counter to your destination. While waiting for the train, everyone went into the convenience store by the platform to enjoy the air conditioning. I unintentionally saw the timetable and the non-reserved car indicators were cars 5, 6, and 7, which is very important information. I had an e-ticket and happened to meet a compatriot who spoke Chinese before the entrance. He told me there were 4 minutes left and if I was worried about not making it, I should choose a non-reserved seat. However, when I got to the platform, the car was full, and I had to wait 30 minutes for the next train. I still had time and wanted to change my seat, but the attendant by the platform said I couldn't. So, in the future, it's better to reserve a seat on the next train directly. If there's enough time, take a non-reserved seat on the current train. If it's full, you'll still have a reserved seat on the next train. You need to arrive at the platform early to queue, otherwise, there might not be space for your luggage.
