It was so delicious. It exceeded my expectations. There were so many people on the way there, and the weather was incredibly hot, but it was worth going to eat. The service was friendly, and the food was good.

This was my first time having a full tofu meal. The environment was beautiful, and we were seated in a private room with a courtyard view. It would be even more stunning if the maple leaves had turned red. The food was delicious, with a strong, fragrant soybean flavor.

When visiting Kyoto, you must try the local tofu dishes. The staff were very friendly and polite, and the restaurant's garden and architecture were also beautiful. In the bustling Ninen-zaka, being able to sit down and enjoy a meal in such a beautiful environment is a wonderful experience in itself. What left a deep impression was the miso-grilled tofu; the green sauce on top paired perfectly with the tofu. The tofu hot pot itself had no extra seasoning, and the broth was simply a piece of kelp. For me, tasting the tofu's natural flavor directly was a bit too bland. I hope the restaurant can introduce more set menus with various cooking methods to enrich the dining experience.😌

Absolutely 5 stars. Having our own private room overlooking a peaceful garden away from the bustling streets was amazing. The food was so so good, an absolute must if you like tea and tofu. The staff speak a little English and are very kind and helpful.

The century-old, traditionally crafted tofu is astonishing and impressive.

The location is excellent, and the interior environment is elegant, featuring a typical traditional Japanese residential style. The tofu banquet, meticulously prepared using traditional techniques, is truly impressive.

The overall service was good. The handsome guy at the door was funny and polite, and the service lady from Taiwan could speak Mandarin. However, the taste wasn't quite to our liking.
