Passeio de Bintan Mangrove/Safari Lagoi/Duna de Areia e Lago Azul/Snorkeling

I opted for the Mangrove tour + Snorkeling + Dinner package. Pick-up was from accomodations by Mr Yurnalis. Hee was a wonderful driver. He spoke english, was punctual and attentive to all our requests, he would also inform us of drive duration between destinations. Tourguide Mr Taufiq led our Mangrove tour. His tour was very educational, he spotted animals for us and shared about its history and importance to the ecosystem. Mr Yurnalis then drove us to a small port for a short boat ride to a Kelong off-shore. At the Kelong, we snorkelled, fished, and kayaked! We were also served complimentary cup noodles and drinks. The guides on the Kelong we all friendly, helpful, patient and constantly checked-in on us to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. I really enjoyed the snorkeling portion, Abang Wandi used a Gopro to take lots of pics & vids of us. Download the Insta360 app to get footage for free. Dinner was at Bintan Seafood Brothers, it included 3 side dishes + rice + water. Very worth it!

the driver, Niku (if my memories serves me right), gave us lots of recommendations to destinations we dont even know of. He is very kind and attentive, giving us tissues and umbrella to hide from the sun. He also has tons of knowledge about the destinations. A great driver and tour guide!!! Made the trip a whole lot better!!!

¡El mejor guía turístico de todos los tiempos, Pak/Mas Dika! ¡Súper amable, comprensivo y completo en el recorrido! Estábamos indecisos sobre qué paquetes elegir y simplemente seleccionamos este y, Alhamdullilah, tuvimos al mejor guía para acompañarnos en el camino. Reservamos otro tour privado con él al día siguiente para hacer snorkel, kayak y la actividad de las luciérnagas, y fue la experiencia más increíble y el viaje más tranquilo de todos. Incluso nos tomó fotos muy buenas sin que se lo pidiéramos, y ese es el servicio más buscado. Además de eso, puso mis canciones favoritas del género Pop Punk durante los viajes, lo que hizo que el ambiente fuera más hogareño. Recomiendo encarecidamente a Pak/Mas Dika cuando planees venir a Bintan o para cualquier tour, ya que es confiable, digno de confianza y eficiente. ¡Esta no es una reseña sesgada, honestamente, ya que lo pasamos genial y el tour con él fue excelente! ¡Espero verte de nuevo, Pak Dika, y nos encontraremos pronto! 🩶😇 ¡ASIKKKKKK~

First, attention all Koreans! I was worried because there were no Korean reviews, but it was much better than I expected. They picked us up at the hotel and took photos and videos with a GoPro while snorkeling, then sent them to us. We could also kayak and fish endlessly. Although we didn't catch any fish, they waited until we said we wanted to stop, so we fished for 2 and a half hours, haha. In the middle, they gave us delicious local ramen, and on the way back, we even had a meal at a local restaurant. I highly recommend the course that includes a massage. My boyfriend snored while getting a massage, haha. It was so good that after going back to our accommodation to wash up and rest, we went back to the same place for another massage, haha. The massage owner was surprised, asking why we came back, haha. It was really that good. You might think the price is expensive, but the massage itself was 35,000 won, so considering that, the meal, and over 2 hours of round-trip transportation, it feels like great value for money. I truly recommend it!!!

Had a wonderful time exploring Bintan with our tour guide Mr Darul. He navigated us around the island expertly and brought us to beautiful spots for sightseeing. The sand dunes and blue lake were majestic and the perfect spot for photography. Mr Darul also assisted in taking some pictures for us. We then headed to the downtown area to do some shopping for swimwear and souvenirs with the help of Mr Darul in finding exactly what we were looking for. We had lunch at Bintan Brother seafood restaurant and the food was fresh. After that, we were brought to Tara Spa for the most rejuvenating full body massage to end the perfect day. 10/10 recommended for a day of sightseeing, shopping, and relaxation.

The trip was fun and our guide, Yurnalis, was both informative and friendly. He gave us an overview of the entire island. The trip was worth the one-hour journey, and we saw snakes, lizards, and monkeys in the mangroves.

We had a wonderful experience with our driver and guide, Yurnalis, in Bintan. He was very friendly, patient, and professional throughout the trip. He brought us to the animal park, snorkeling, and the mangrove tour safely and smoothly, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. He was punctual, knowledgeable about the area, and very accommodating with our schedule. The whole journey felt relaxing and enjoyable because of his excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bintan. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

Driver Dika is very friendly and punctual when driving us to and from the resort to the safari. His vehicle is new, clean, and spacious. He waited 2 hours for us while we walked around the safari. We bought an additional feeding package and could feed a variety of animals such as rabbits, deer, elephants, tigers, crocodiles, fish, birds, etc. The safari is very spacious and not crowded. It is very open like a farm where we can roam around freely. Some of the animals like chickens and ducks are free-roaming as well. But it can look a bit sad, maybe because some of the animals were screaming for food when we walked past. Overall, a great experience for the children for animal feeding.
