Just one day before we went to Bintan, I decided to book a day tour. This highly recommended day tour had caught my attention while I was searching in KLOOK. The company was very responsive; they contacted me shortly after I had made the booking. They assigned our job to Mr Wayan, who was our private tour guide and driver. To our surprise, Mr Wayan can speak English very well (and Singlish too!). When we saw there was a long queue at the custom immigration, we requested to start our tour from the ferry terminal instead of the hotel, Mr Wayan was flexible and fetched us as per our request. Our itinerary - Mangrove tour (pay at site), 500 Lohan Temple, Vihara Pagoda, Kelong Seafood, Souvenir shop (Kueh Lapis), Sand Dune and Blue Lake, Body Massage (pay at site). Mr Wayan is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, trustworthy, reliable and honest. This tour and Mr Wayan is highly recommended! We enjoyed every bit of the tour! Thank you!

Had *Mr Adrian* as the tour guide for the day, he’s a friendly, passionate and cool guy! Knows his way around Bintan by heart and ensures convenience throughout the tour. Volunteers to help take pictures with his photography skills at the locations as well. Very thankful and appreciative of his kindness as he attended to my enquires and even provided his recommendations, review after working hours. No regrets throughout and was happy to explore almost the whole of Bintan. Happy to visit and will definitely find him again as the tour guide!! Highly recommended!!

Our guide, Fendy, was incredibly kind throughout the entire day, even though we were late for the start of the tour. He meticulously planned the itinerary so we wouldn't miss a single tour, and he even helped us find durian to eat along the way, knowing my husband and I love it. He took beautiful photos for us and provided insightful explanations about the attractions, making it a truly enriching experience. At the end, when we parted ways, he even filmed our speedboat departing with the sunset in the background, creating a truly wonderful memory. We were so incredibly lucky to have met Fendy as our guide. I wish Fendy and his entire family health and happiness. Thank you, Terima kasih!

Our tour guide, Adrian, gave us a great travel plan here. He is really nice and talkative. He gave us a lot of information related to Bintan. We also got a lot of great photos taken by him and enjoyed a memorable moment here. Strongly recommend to tourists who want to have a day trip here with family or friends.

The Bintan private tour was an itinerary that allowed us to explore the island at our leisure and in comfort, accompanied by a private vehicle and guide. Our local guide, Mr. Tomas, shared detailed stories about the history, culture, and daily life, making it more than just sightseeing; it was a time to deeply understand the real Bintan. He guided us through beautiful natural landscapes, broadening the scope of our trip. Above all, the flexible itinerary, which allowed me to enjoy at my own pace, was a huge advantage, and thanks to Mr. Tomas's kind and skillful guidance, I was able to have an even more comfortable and satisfying day.

Kami mengadakan tur yang luar biasa bersama Bapak Fendy. Beliau sangat baik karena mengantar kami ke toko lain untuk membeli Kuih lapis ketika toko yang kami kunjungi sebelumnya tidak memiliki rasa yang kami inginkan. Pelayanannya luar biasa. Beliau juga mengambil foto-foto kami dengan baik. Beliau ramah, mobilnya bersih dan nyaman. Sangat merekomendasikan beliau, akan mencari beliau di perjalanan saya berikutnya.

I took a well-organized tour in Bintan, and my family and I had an amazing time! The tour included trip to different temples, followed by a delicious seafood lunch at a kelong restaurant. Dropped by the Souvenir shops to try and buy their famous Kueh Lapis and headed to a fantastic day out at the Blue Lake, where the sand dunes felt like another world. Our family photo taken there was made special by a professional photographer which is also included in the tour. Apart from those mentioned, thanks to our friendly driver/tour guide Andrian who made our tour as smooth as possible. He speaks English well and even gets along with our son. On top of it he took beautiful photos of us! The overall experience was very memorable. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a blend of adventure and cultural insights.
