Passeio de Meio Período por Bintan Tanjung Pinang

Pemandu menjemput kami di lobi vila kami. Dia sangat ramah dan memberitahu kami banyak informasi menarik tentang Bintan. Makan siang kami enak, hanya saja gong gong bukan makanan yang anak-anak saya suka. Kami bahkan meminta pemandu kami untuk membawa kami ke tempat makan malam terdekat sebelum kembali. Jadi seluruh perjalanan berakhir larut. Kami memberinya kompensasi dengan memberinya tip yang besar.

It was a private tour and I think the highlight of the tour is definitely the blue lake! We also get to see the town area of Pulau Bintan. Mr Taufik is also a very good tour guide and a good photographer! He was very punctual to pick us up at the hotel. The whole tour actually took longer than the scheduled time. We also booked a fireflies tour after this tour and the pick up time is around 6:30pm. He communicated with the fireflies agency and offered to send us to the mangrove directly! His service really exceed our expectations. The food that was included in the tour was also quite yummy. I would recommend this to anyone who is coming to Bintan

Pemandu wisata baik dan ramah. Kami mengharapkan tur kelompok tetapi ternyata menjadi tur pribadi. Hujan deras selama tur kami, tetapi kami berterima kasih kepada pemandu yang dengan sabar menunggu kami saat kami mengambil foto. Satu hal yang disesali adalah restoran tempat kami makan, layanannya tidak bagus dan makanannya tidak enak. Kami juga meminta untuk mengganti makanan kami karena kami tidak bisa makan gonggong, tetapi staf tidak mengakomodasi permintaan kami. Mereka baru melakukannya setelah kami bersikeras, tetapi mereka menggantinya dengan telur dadar yang nilainya lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan gonggong dan tidak memberi kami pilihan seperti ikan, daging, atau udang. Tur menyatakan bahwa botol air juga akan termasuk, tetapi kami tidak menerima apa pun.

The tour was fine; we visited many temples and had a good time at the Blue Lagoon taking photos and enjoying the scenery. However, I had requested a seafood-free lunch as my partner is very allergic. They arranged this with us very well beforehand, but on the day of the tour, we were served a fishball soup with prawns. We didn't realize until he had some, and he ended up vomiting, which ruined the rest of the tour for us. I've contacted customer service, but my emails are unanswered.

The driver was incredibly kind and enthusiastically took many beautiful photos for us, so we have lots of lovely memories!

Highly Recommended tour . Tour guide Hadi was patient and brought us around multiple areas.

The Blue Lake Dunes are beautiful, and the seafood lunch isn't bad, but don't expect too much. The curry crab is delicious and worth trying.
