Highly recommended! Clean! The boats are eco-friendly, low noise and no smoke. Guides are fluent in English and knowledgeable, and makes the tour very engaging and interactive. After the mangrove tour, we returned on the next day for the fireflies tour. Very flexible even though we booked only 2 hrs before the session. After the tours, we get to enjoy a free drink or ice-cream too. Before the tours, we are also given free mosquito repellent to apply.

A very nice and informative ride down the river. Recommend to engage this company because their boats are more environmentally friendly. No loud engine noises and smelly exhaust. Guide spoke English very well. Managed to see a lot of creatures during the ride too. You get a free drink or ice cream at the end of the ride as well.

The mangroves offer beautiful natural scenery, where you can see various types of snakes resting in the trees. The tour guide was also very professional, providing detailed explanations of the mangroves and expertly assisting with photos.

Me and my husband were picked up from our resort which was 30 mins away, and the driver was really welcoming and polite. The transfer to the mangrove was really pleasant. The tour guide was very fluent in English, and me and my husband enjoyed that it was just the two of us on the boat. We went at about 12pm on a weekday, which explains the low crowd. However, the tide was high we didn’t see anything else except snakes and atap chee. Overall I stil did enjoy the ride though, and the pictures that the tour guide took of us with the mangrove was beautiful. I would come at a later timing when the tide is lower, and when it’s not too hot. The tour guide gave us a mangrove sapling as a souvenir but we couldn’t bear to bring it home, so we threw it back to the waters, hoping it will grow into a mangrove tree! We also received a free drink at the end of the ride. I would recommend this ride to my friends and family!

Had a great experience on the Mangrove Bintan tour. The overall trip was well-organized and relaxing, offering a unique way to explore the natural beauty of the area. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, sharing interesting facts about the mangrove ecosystem along the way. It was peaceful cruising through the calm waters, surrounded by lush greenery and wildlife. A wonderful experience overall — definitely recommended for anyone visiting Bintan who wants to enjoy nature up close.

We chose the fireflies tour and it was superb. The tour guide was responsible and ensured our safety by allowing us to be properly seated on the boat before moving off. She also let us have a hands on experience with the fireflies by placing the firefly on our hands to let us have a closer look at it. Eventhough we could not take clear photos and videos of the fireflies as it was pitch dark, the whole experience was magical as we got to witness the fireflies flickering up close to us in front of our eyes. Truly mesmerising. thank you for the excellent service and beautiful tour. 😍

Excellent tour, very kind guide who accompanies you from beginning to end and explains everything clearly, convenient transport service that picks you up in your hotel lobby.

1) Could have been more educational if the guide was able to share more information about the wildlife animals residing near the mangrove area and scientific facts about mangrove trees to raise environmental awareness 2) Lots of photo opportunities were provided. 3) The captain is quick in spotting animals and is very enthusiastic to show us the beauty of nature as well as the animals 4) Realized there is another starting point of the jetty by another operator. Longer route if we had started from another point. But overall enjoyable for the family. Also extremely grateful for the wonderful weather as it was pouring non-stop before the activity. 🙏
