Shuhaku, um restaurante com uma estrela Michelin em Kyoto

Since time was short, I couldn't make reservations at other restaurants, so I booked a place available through Klook. However, despite not having high expectations, the quality of the food and the service were very satisfying. When we went, even though it was a small restaurant, we were the only ones there, so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The sashimi texture was excellent, and I highly recommend trying all the desserts. They told us to choose as many as we wanted from about six options, so my friend and I each picked three, tasting all six varieties. They said they made them themselves, and they were truly superb.

Near Kiyomizu-dera, the food is abundant and the environment has a nostalgic Kyoto kaiseki feel.

The meal was delicious, and for dessert, there were many options to choose from. You could pick just what you wanted (or even all of them!). The overall experience was excellent 👍

The restaurant is in an excellent location, the set menu tastes great, the dining experience is pleasant, and the drinks offer good value for money.

The food was out of this world, truly another planet's cuisine. It looked simple, but every dish was incredibly delicious. I don't know how I'll ever get to eat these delicacies again!
