Consiglio vivamente The Astor del Prudential Hotel ✨ Sono venuto appositamente al ristorante The Astor per il pranzo a buffet e l'esperienza complessiva può essere descritta solo con quattro parole: "estremamente soddisfatto". Che si tratti della posizione, del servizio o della qualità del cibo, ha superato completamente le mie aspettative! Posizione eccellente e conveniente 📍 Il ristorante si trova all'Eaton Hotel, in una posizione molto comoda. È facilmente raggiungibile in autobus o a pochi passi dalla stazione MTR, il che è estremamente pratico. Il design complessivo dello spazio del ristorante è molto caratteristico, con un'atmosfera cinematografica retrò e nostalgica, unita al comfort moderno ed elegante. Appena si entra, ci si sente subito rilassati e a proprio agio. Servizio del personale impeccabile 💯 Vorrei elogiare in particolare l'atteggiamento di servizio di tutto il personale di sala quel giorno! Dall'accompagnamento al tavolo, alla rimozione dei piatti, fino agli chef di ogni banco alimentare, tutti erano sorridenti e cortesi. La velocità di rimozione dei piatti era molto rapida e i movimenti erano agili, senza mai lasciare che i piatti vuoti si accumulassero sul tavolo. Inoltre, erano sempre attenti alle esigenze dei clienti, facendoli sentire accolti come a casa. Qualità del cibo e dei frutti di mare di altissimo livello 🦀 Ciò che mi ha più colpito è stata la ricchezza e la qualità del cibo! I frutti di mare erano freschissimi, e la velocità di rifornimento di ostriche fredde, granchi di pane, ecc., era estremamente rapida, non ho mai visto un piatto vuoto; la varietà di piatti caldi era diversificata, che si trattasse di roast beef, cosciotto d'agnello arrosto, piatti cotti saporiti o dim sum raffinati, il condimento era sempre perfetto. Si percepiva la dedizione del team di chef. La sezione dei dessert, infine, è stata una conclusione perfetta, con un'ampia scelta di gelati e vari dolcetti raffinati, la cui qualità non aveva nulla da invidiare a quella di una pasticceria di lusso. This was an incredibly high-value experience. The food quality was excellent; the lobster was very fresh and sweet, and even the grilled oysters weren't tough. The Chinese chef at this buffet seemed particularly skilled; even simple siu mai demonstrated a deep level of expertise. The restaurant also provided each person with a fish maw soup dumpling. All the hot Chinese dishes were delicious, and the Southeast Asian dishes were also very flavorful. There was a wide variety of food choices. This package also included unlimited sparkling wine, and the timing was very generous, allowing us to dine until 10 PM. It's a highly recommended experience! 👍🏻

È stata la prima volta che ho provato il buffet del pranzo dopo la ristrutturazione del ristorante, per festeggiare il compleanno di un'amica. La qualità del cibo era molto alta, con ostriche, granchio reale, sashimi, gamberi freddi, lumache di mare fredde e altro ancora. La varietà non era eccessiva, ma la freschezza è la cosa più importante. Peccato che di sabato il ristorante fosse occupato solo per metà, spero che gli affari migliorino in futuro. La sorpresa più grande è stata il personale del bar che preparava bevande speciali al momento per i clienti. Oltre al normale caffè o tè, potevano preparare sul momento anche latte macchiato freddo senza ghiaccio e senza zucchero, o coffee tonic, ecc. I miei amici erano tutti molto contenti, abbiamo mangiato dalle 12:00 alle 14:30, chiacchierando e mangiando con calma. Un ottimo programma per il fine settimana, lo consiglio a tutti!

Con la promozione "prendi uno, ricevi uno gratis", per il prezzo di questo pranzo, c'è una quantità inaspettata di cibo, non c'è da meravigliarsi che fosse tutto esaurito. In particolare, i dessert sono molto curati e speciali, con millefoglie al mango, pancake al durian, crème brûlée, mochi e bignè, bubble waffle al taro, oltre a diversi tipi di biscotti morbidi e vari gusti di gelato Mövenpick, davvero eccellenti e deliziosi. I frutti di mare come ostriche, gamberi e vongole sono nella norma, e sorprendentemente c'erano anche artigli di aragosta. L'insalata è buona. I piatti caldi e quelli cinesi sono nella media e potrebbero essere migliorati. Il sashimi giapponese non è tagliato al momento, ma è già preparato in vassoi da prendere, e la qualità è nella media; sushi e noodles freddi non riservano grandi sorprese. Il servizio è normale. Nel complesso, questo pasto offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e ci tornerei volentieri.

This was my first time dining at Yeung Yuet Lau. I really wanted a window seat to enjoy the full view, but since it was full, the staff seated us against the wall, which was still great. My personal favorite was the BBQ pork and jellyfish; the BBQ pork was incredibly delicious, perfectly balanced between lean and fatty, tender yet with a good texture—just like the old days 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. The crispy shrimp balls with imperial sauce were appetizing, and the almond tea with egg white was delightfully sweet and smooth. Definitely worth trying.

The Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel's buffet, "Steaming Hot All-You-Can-Eat Lobster, Unbeatable!" is the ultimate choice for a satisfying and abundant buffet. The food selection is rich and delicious, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes, and the buy-one-get-one-free price offers great value! However, because all the food options are incredibly tempting, even though I come here to enjoy the dinner buffet once or twice a month, I truly can't try everything! So, don't worry about the line for the "hot lobster" being longer than an army; many people, including myself, only eat half or one lobster. The reason is to save room for exploring all sorts of other delicious foods. You'll be surprised to find that soon "no one is queuing for lobster, because all the other delicacies are too good!" Also, the staff are polite and incredibly quick at clearing plates, true professional "plate-clearing specialists" – but they don't clear alien UFO "flying saucers." So, you definitely won't find any trace or information about the Hong Kong Marriott Hotel's "Pier Lounge & Bar" buffet's "generational plate-clearing specialists" in the recently declassified U.S. "UFO flying saucer files"! Haha!
