Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, which made our stay relaxing. The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Super convenient transportation, right next to the railway. Easy to reach with luggage. The sound of the train passing by is not noisy. There is a convenience store and a coffee shop downstairs. Breakfast is arranged directly at the coffee shop, which is great!! Complete amenities are available in the lobby. The hotel is clean and tidy. Staying in a connecting room is very comfortable. A hotel I would like to stay at again next time~!

Conveniently located near Yokohama Station with easy access to transportation. The hotel breakfast is delicious, featuring a daily rotating selection of miso soup. The service staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious with excellent amenities. The beds are very comfortable, with two pillows of different firmness levels provided. Overall, a fantastic experience.

this hotel is nice and not to expensive! the location does not have that much to do and it is a 5-10 minute walk to the train station! Overall was a nice stay and would stay again but it is kind of far from a lot of attractions.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic from beginning to end. The check-in and check-out experience was incredibly efficient, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. The staff were attentive and welcoming, making the entire process smooth. The hotel’s location is a major plus—it's within walking distance of several shopping plazas, making it easy to find anything from quick snacks to retail therapy. On-site, the hotel offers a variety of restaurant options, all of which provided great food and service.

Great location just a stone’s throw from Bashamichi station and within walking distance to Minatomirai and Noge. Breakfast was good and room very clean.

Hotel Location: It is in an excellent location for sightseeing, close to Chinatown. It's a bit of a walk from the JR station, but it wasn't a confusing place to find. Cleanliness: The room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. I would stay here again if I come to this area.
