Hôtels à Hanoi

The hotel is within old quarter near or walking distance to some spots and recommended restos. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. They also offer transfers going to airport. The room is clean, functioning AC, they clean the room everyday, provided new towel and toiletries everyday. Breakfast is also included. wifi sometimes got slow but its ok. Overall it is highly recommended, and definitely will book here again soon.

love this hotel. location is perfect. downstairs were the not so popular restaurants as yet in soc med but food is great - and frequented by locals. try the steak somewhere near. the dessert next door. the rice meals on the other corner. short walk from Old Quarter, the market and Ho Kiem Lake. there’s this fruit lady a few steps away downstairs where I buy from everyday. we were given the only room in the 9th floor room where we end the day in the tub. the room is not new and could use a few repairs but overall, the room is nice and spacious. walk around and you will see those places they recommend in socmed without even trying.

We stayed at Holiday Emerald Hotel in Hanoi, and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is located right in the Old Quarter, so everything is super accessible—restaurants, cafes, and tourist spots are all within walking distance. One of the best things about this hotel is the staff. They were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. From check-in to arranging tours and transportation, they made everything easy for us. You can really feel the good service during the whole stay. Many guests also highlight their hospitality as one of the hotel’s strongest points.  The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The bed was nice, and the space was well-maintained, which made it easy to rest after a long day exploring Hanoi. Cleanliness and comfort are consistently rated high by guests.  The location is perfect—it’s in the heart of the Old Quarter and just a short walk to places like Hoan Kiem Lake and night markets.

Emplacement : près de la cathédrale Saint-Joseph et de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Pas d'ascenseur, comme dans tous les autres hôtels du Vieux Quartier. Pas de personnel pour aider avec les bagages, alors assurez-vous de faire de l'exercice et d'avoir de la force musculaire hihi. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon hôtel avec des articles de toilette complets et un lit super confortable.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was affordable, clean and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect especially if you want to explore Hanoi's Old Quarter. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

We upgraded our room to a Deluxe, and it was definitely worth it! The hotel has a great location, and our room was perfect for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the hot shower was great, and the air-conditioning was super cold—perfect after a long day exploring Hanoi. We also appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. We stayed on the 8th floor and enjoyed making our coffee every morning while watching the beautiful view. The breakfast was also great, with options like banh mi, pancakes, and pho. Most of all, the staff were very approachable, friendly, and helpful!

Le propriétaire de l'hôtel est très aimable et arrangeant. Il m'a permis de m'enregistrer très tôt car mon bus-couchette de Sapa est arrivé tôt le matin.
